Pros:

23時以降のチェックインは電話をかけるようにドアに張り紙があって、電話でキーボックスの番号を教えてくれて、無事に入室できました！電話対応がとても親切でした！
部屋は静かでした。

Cons:

冷蔵庫の音がうるさかったです。

Pros:

Hôtel bien placé et très calme.

Cons:

Pas d'ascenseur pour accéder aux étages. Robinetterie vétuste et fuyante. Pas de mitigeur. Oreillers peu nets ( cheveux) et couette tachée. Clim et frigidaire extrêmement bruyants. Le personnel d'accueil mériterait d'améliorer sa communication : aucune connaissance touristique et peu d'intérêt pour les clients..Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de petits déjeuners proposés

Proximité du Grand Théâtre et sur une rue avec beaucoup d’attrait,

Cons:

Le stationnement et pas d’ascenseur, le troisième étage, c’est haut. Dans l’offre il nous parle de stationnement en oubliant de dire qu’il en a peut et que c’est 25 $ la nuit.

Pleasant short stay
Pros:

I checked in after the reception closed. The hotel was kind enough to prepare everything for me and kindly guided me over the phone. I stayed there for only a few hours, but the room was good, bed was comfortable - pleasant overall.

Jacuzzi started working at night uninstructed
