Everything was beyond 5 ⭐ staff food and facilities
I didn't like that my search was for hotels with hot tubs and I booked for a room with the hot tub but this particular hotel only had one hotel room which was the presidential suite with a hot tub but other than that everything was five star

The grounds were very pretty. The rest of our room was great except for the mold. The bathroom was very spacious.

The room was clean for the most part and the bed was comfortable.
The staff at the front desk were simply transactional and not the most pleasant. The facilities lack maintenance. Our room has a hole in the curtain along with stains. The toilet seat was falling off as well.

extremely large hotel with multiple buildings. it was very confusing with little signage for both buildings, elevator banks, etc. I spent 15 min trying to find my room and then trying to get out to my car again. There should be clearer signage directing people to check in, elevators and lobbys

Ice machine broken on our floor. Bathroom floor and wall grout very dirty. Caulking on bath tub dirty and worn.
The hotel is in need of an overhaul. The common spaces were very dirty. The elevator moved so slowly I thought it just might stop. The mattress, while not uncomfortable, had two distinct indents from lots of use.
The room appeared clean, but I didn’t walk barefoot on the floor.
We were happy to leave in the morning and found our way to breakfast elsewhere.
