Pros:

I loved my experience here. The front desk was open to helping us find a place to exchange money. When checking in, the staff communicated with us and used a translator app when needing to clarify anything. We asked if the desk would be able to hold our bags until our flight (since it was after the checkout time) and they were happy to do so.

I loved the breakfast, it was fresh and constantly replenished. I was happy that there were options from breads and pastries, to fruit, and fresh juice and coffee. I feel that the breakfast was worth the value especially since there was a latte/cappuccino machine. I also liked eating outside/ walking around in the garden outdoor area.
The wifi was fast and easy to connect to. I loved the room; it was clean, bright, and comfortable. I liked getting fresh sheets and towels daily. They provided an extra blanket for us in the room which I appreciated; overall the bed was comfortable and cozy. I wish the weather was better so we could have enjoyed the pool more, but it was beautiful nonetheless.

The location was nice; my husband and I were able to take a short walk to restaurants, fast food, the supermarket, convenience store, and pharmacy with ease. It was 15-20 min walking to 2 subway stations which made it convenient to connect to other areas in São Paulo - otherwise Uber was readily available to pick us up at the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

There were not many things that we didn't like. One minor issue we had was that the teapot in our room didn't work, but the front desk was able to check it for us. I used the microwave to make hot water for tea. The elevator was slow.
One suggestion would be offering non-lactose or dairy free milk options for coffee (almond/oat milk) at the breakfast buffet!

Poderia ter sido melhor.

Das instalações e do atendimento.

Cons:

Informei a Recepção do Hotel que havia dois problemas na instalação:
1) o equipamento do ar condicionado — no quarto 708 — está com defeito. O motor funciona num modo de liga e desliga. Quando liga faz um barulho insuportável.
2) a ducha higiênica do banheiro está com defeito e travou no modo de saída da água. É preciso desligar a saída da água da ducha no registro.
Comuniquei esses dois problemas e nada foi feito para resolvê-los.
É preciso melhorar a capacidade de resposta para resolução dos problemas.

Apenas um elevador funcionando e estava sempre lotado, tinha que ficar esperando por muito tempo. Pedi quatro para 4 pessoas e havia apenas 1 cama de casal e um sofá cama péssimo. No café da manhã sempre havia o nome de 3 pessoas e estávamos em 4 pessoas. A garrafa do café estava estragada e em todos os dias não trocaram.

Quarto amplo e confortável. Com aparência de recém reformado. Muito bom mesmo. Cama extra grande, quarto um super espaçoso

Cons:

Café da manhã não vale o valor a mais na diária. Café bem simples, com itens básicos. Nos dias de maior movimento, existe demora na reposição de itens.
Outro ponto negativo é o estacionamento. Primeiro pelo valor 46,00 a diária (set/2026). Segundo pq vc é obrigado a pagar a diária toda vez que retira o carro de ela primeira vez no período. Por fim, o acesso ao estacionamento só é possível se vc descer no andar térreo, pedir liberação para recepção, esperar o elevador que é demorado para conseguir descer até o subsolo.outra opção mais rápida é ir por fora do hotel mas em dias de chuva vc se molha inteiro
