とても快適に気持ちよく過ごせました。
Pros:

フロントの対応が凄く良かったです｡宿泊前にお願いした事もしっかり対応して頂いて助かりました｡朝のブッフェのスタッフさんの対応も落ち着いた雰囲気でレストランにふさわしい感じで朝からとても幸せな気分になりました｡
部屋も清潔感がありとても快適でした｡フェイスタオルより小さいハンドタオルがあるのもよかったです｡

Cons:

もう少しアメニティを増やして欲しいです｡フロントにあるのかどうかも分からず、その度にフロントに電話してもそこまで行かなくてはならないって事思うと､もぅいっかって、なってしまいました。
髪ゴムや鏡などあるとよかったです｡その確認の為にインフォメーションをTVで見ようとしても、その先に画面が動かず…｡
フロントに聞くのも…って感じでした｡(私の画面操作が違っていたのならごめんなさい｡)

Pros:

ベッドの寝心地が良かった。朝食が美味しかった。専用駐車場から雨避けがあったので濡れずにすんだ。

Cons:

室内に水が無かったのでコンビニで買ってきたらエレベーターの前にウォーターサーバーがあったので、説明があると便利だった。

Agréable séjour à Sendai
Pros:

Le personnel a vraiment fait de son mieux pour nous faire passer un bon séjour. Je pensais avoir réservé un lit pour bébé, à tort. Le responsable s'est débrouillé pour trouver un lit pour bébé pour nous et quelqu'un est venu l'installer avec grand soin. Merci encore !
