Pros:

お風呂、トイレ室はとても綺麗でした。

Cons:

部屋の照明が入口ドアのカードスイッチで全ての入り切りですが、夜睡眠時真っ暗になってしまうので、トイレに行く時、危ない。

快適に過ごせました
Pros:

禁煙部屋を希望を予約時に聞いてくれ、宿泊時も、禁煙部屋にしてもらえました。
近くのコンビニへの案内を丁寧に教えてくれました。
掃除は、ベッドメイキング等、丁寧でした。

比較的新しいホテルで、綺麗でした。
部屋も広かった。

Cons:

綺麗な部屋ではありましたが、掃除が行き届いていないのが気になりました。
部屋に鏡を置いていないホテルは初めてでした。
メイクをするのに不便でした。
べッドも柔らか過ぎて良く無い。

朝食も美味しくない。

I would stay here again in Sendai
Pros:

Really comfortable room, I particularly liked the slightly retro chairs and table - decent view from 7th floor of Shinkansen. Good value for a decent brand hotel. About 10 minutes walk to the main station

Cons:

1) No coin laundry - get some - I had to go outside - inconvenient
2) Finding offsite parking is always stressful. Your map is inadequate and I think inaccurate. Blow it up and just show immediate hotel area. Include a photo of the correct Fukuda parking entrance. In the parking - more signs to hotel. I only found the correct entrance the day left.
3) Filter coffee bags in room please.

Pros:

空間大、插座很多

Cons:

將近四萬日幣一晚的雙人房住宿需要加入飯店會員才有瓶裝水，且除了Refa蓮蓬頭、吹風機之外，沒有任何給女性用的備品。（例如小包裝的洗面乳、卸妝乳、化妝水乳液等） 備品的梳子超難用、牙刷牙膏也很低價。真的無法理解這種性價比。
