Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarised authorisation signed by the absent parent, along with a notarised copy of that parent's ID.

Aangenaam hotel voor kort verblijf en citytrip.
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel aan de receptie. Ruime kamers. Goede, veilige locatie van waaruit alles makkelijk te bereiken is. Wel oppassen met shows in het stadion er tegenover, als daar een show is, wordt de volledige straat afgesloten en is de bereikbaarheid heel wat minder. Het is een goed hotel als uitvalsbasis voor een citytrip in SP (dus als je niet te vaak in de kamer moet verblijven).
Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker.

Cons:

Het hotel is een beetje gedateerd/ouderwets.
Het zwembad was onder constructie, en daar werd op voorhand niets over vermeld. Ik kies mijn hotels specifiek met zwembad in functie van de kinderen, wel vervelend om dan ter plekke te moeten vaststellen dat het zwembad niet in gebruik is.

Melhor opção para shows no Allianz
Pros:

Simplesmente a melhor opção para quando se vai em show no Allianz Park. Difícil de conseguir a reserva mas se conseguir, não vai se arrepender. Quarto limpo, grande, chuveiro ótimo, camas confortáveis. Amei e espero voltar mais vezes

Valde detta hotell för att slippa frysa om nätterna.

Smutsiga lakan. Vi bad få byta rum. Även Oklart om det inte finns tvättrutiner på de tjockare täckena. Det tjocka täcket väldigt obekvämt och strävt. Och inte tillräckligt varmt. De hade även stängt av pool och utsiktsdelen vilket var det största anledningen för bokningen, det var väldigt dåligt. Hissarna är svåra att få. De har för få hissar för de 19 våningarna. Lite omodernt och slitet för priset. Värdeskåpet kändes väldigt lågbudget.

Café da manhã subdimensionado para o numero de pessoas hospedadas, faltavam itens toda hora.

Estadia muito agradável!
Pros:

Café da manhã ótimo. Localização foi a melhor para o meu objetivo.

Cons:

Hotel estava lotado e não conseguíamos pegar o elevador para descer ao café da manhã. Tivemos que descer pelas escadas. Por estar lotado, também havia fila no café da manhã, apesar do local ser amplo. Entendi que o estacionamento estava incluído no preço, mas foi cobrado, apesar do valor ser baixo.

Foi muito boa e tranquila.
Pros:

O quarto que fiquei era bastante amplo e confortável. O café da manhã era bem servido.

Cons:

Nos horários de pico de movimentação de hospedes os elevadores não dão conta do fluxo, e o serviço de limpeza compete com a circulação dos hóspedes.
