Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Sempre quando vou no Estádio Alianz, me hospedo neste hotel!!! É só sair do hotel e atravessar a rua, tudo de bom!! Atendimento, limpeza e café da manhã nota 100000000!!!

Gostei da localização. Funcionários prestativos. Quarto compatível com as fotos da publicação.

Cons:

O andar que nos hospedamos não estava cheirando bem no corredor. O hotel não possui elevador separado para hospedes e funcionários, o que acaba congestionando o meio de transporte. O café da manhã não tinha opções conforme demonstra na propaganda.

Localização e estacionamento excelentes. Cama e travesseiro confortáveis. Ótimo tamanho do quarto, com mesinha de apoio. Café da manhã simples, mas satisfatório.

Cons:

Muito barulho de máquinas que prejudicaram muito o sono à partir das 6:00 da manhã. Isolamento acústico péssimo, e portanto muito barulho de sapatos do andar superior (terrível), assim como das pessoas no corredor.
Tamanho do box muito pequeno para o banho.
