Angenehmer und komfortabler Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen (2 Metrostationen sehr nahe beim Hotel, Orchid Garden, Liuhua Lake Park und Yuexiu-Park in kurzer Gehdistanz), das Essen ist ebenfalls sehr gut (Frühstücksbuffet sehr vielfältig) und die Hotelanlage ist allgemein sehr großzügig und imposant ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine der neu renovierten Suiten, diese war wunderbar, viel Platz und alles sehr modern ausgestattet. Zusätzlich muss man hervorheben, dass es sehr ruhig war und man nichts Störendes gehört hat.

Cons:

Leider ist die Verständigung mit dem Hotelpersonal zum Teil schwierig. Die Reinigung der Zimmer ist nicht perfekt. Eines Tages wollte ich mich in mein Bett legen und fand dort einen nassen Putzlappen vor, den die Putzfrau anscheinend dort vergessen hatte. Dadurch waren die Matratze sowie die Bettdecke nass. Der Roomservice versteht kein Englisch, sodass es schwierig war, die Abholung des Geschirrs zu organisieren. Im Pool kann man nur mit Badekappe schwimmen, was für europäische Gäste gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Das Hotel hat auch einen Bereich wo Massagen angeboten werden. Dort werden Herren auch fragwürdige intime Massagen zu hohen Preisen gegen Extrazahlung angeboten, das finde ich sehr unprofessionell für ein großes 5-Sternehotel.

Comfortable stay in a large well established hotel in central Guangzhou. Good value for money.
Pros:

Quiet spacious bedroom with friendly helpful staff. Good quality breakfast and large swimming pool. Central Guangzhou location at a reasonable price. Irfan was a particularly considerate staff member who helped us settle in. Layout and style of foyer and banquet room adds character to this government-owned hotel, apparently the first in this city.

Cons:

Some of the room features are getting a little tired, eg bathroom door needs attention. Being located in the flight path to Guangzhou airport means there can be planes overhead until early hours of the morning at times but they are still at a medium high altitude so not too loud. Single glazing on windows can rattle a bit if windy conditions but not a major issue.

Pros:

Мы приехали в отель и не ожидали, что нам здесь так понравится. Уезжать не хотелось совсем и очень хочется вернуться снова. У нас был большой, очень просторный, номер с кухней 50 квадратных метров. Так как мы бронировали более чем на 15 ночей, нам дали индукционную электрическую печку, кастрюли, сковородку и посуду. Это было очень удобно, так как мы были с ребенком (1,5 года) и могли готовить ему привычную еду.

Цель нашей поездки - просто путешествие. Отель для этих целей расположен удобно. Недалеко есть отличные кафе, рядом две станции метро (справа одна линия, слева другая линия), , сети фастфуда (бургер Кинг, мккдональдс), два Старбакса, торговый центр напротив отеля через дорогу, в котором есть большой супермаркет на втором этаже. Очень порадовал бассейн, с ребенком - это кайф.

Обратный самолет был у нас в вечернее время. Опять же, с ребенком, выезжать рано было неудобно. Мы попросили сделать нам поздний выезд (в 15:00). Сотрудники отеля очень отзывчивые, быстро и четко помогли нам, очень благодарим за этой Jason и Carman.

Один раз мы ходили на ужин в отеле, очень все вкусно, мясо и сашими понравилось больше всего. Но и вообще ужин разнообразный, классный, вкусный. На завтраки мы не ходили, так как спали долго, но думаю, что они тоже очень достойные 👍🏼 стоимость ужина с человека 188 юаней, обед около 158, завтрак 128. Также в отеле есть спа-салон, магазины с вещами, бар.

Удобно было, что в номере была посудомоечная машина и стирально-сушильная машина. Эта гостиница - находка для нас!

В общем отель супер, расположение отличное (до всех достопримечательностей близко), сотрудники отзывчивые, номера чистые и просторные, кондиционер отлично работает, слышимость нулевая (нам никто не мешал совсем). Если будем в теплое время года в Гуанчжоу, то обязательно вернемся сюда.

По цене, за наш номер я заплатил 8500 юаней за 16 ночей, это 530 юаней за ночь (80 долларов).

Cons:

Бассейн работает до 21:00, иногда хотелось бы дольше. Высокие цены в спа.
