Unser Flug hatte unwetterbedingt grosse Verspätung und so hatte uns die freundliche Begrüssung von Chloe und Pan sowie das Upgrade auf eine kleine Suite besonders gefreut. Ein Zimmer mit Pool- bzw. Gartensicht hatten wir bereits vorbestellt; so hat uns nur der Fluglärm etwas gestört; aber den hat man überall in der Gegend. Aus unserer Sicht ein gut unterhaltenes und erhaltenes Fünfsternhotel mit Jahrgang 1961. Und irgendwie erinnert man sich gerne an die stark verrauchten Zimmer vor einigen Jahren, wenn der Geruchsneutralisator nicht alle Spuren löschen konnte ;-)

Everything! Staff was amaising, they upgrade a super apartament luxury for me, they bring me a nice cake for my b day! Was a super nice surprise! I ask for late check out and they late me until my fly its ready.
I apreciate so much the manager and all desk staff for the best accomodation i had.
