Pros:

the room is clean and there is a convenient store infront of the hotel.

Cons:

we had a bad experience in this hotel. we have booked an extra bed but when we arrived, there was no in the bed and they told us that they can only put it the day after so it was an inconvenience. then the tv was not working as we wanted to see the world cup so it took them forever to come and fix it. then the fridge was not working but they told us that they could not do anything.

Cons:

Excellent
Pros:

Second stay at the franchise. Extremely fast confirmation after I needed to book the hotel on short notice after my girlfriend got stranded in Beijing with no accomodation. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean room (gave free upgrade as the one we booked was not available yet), central location to all the shops and cafes. They also let her leave her bags after checkout so she can explore the city before flying home.

Hero was the receptionist and he did an excellent job, very professional and friendly! Will stay again.
