Precioso hotel.
Pros:

Nos sorprendimos gratamente al llegar, es un palacio antiguo con habitaciones enormes de pisos de mármol antiguo y muebles de otro siglo. Realmente bello! La habitación daba a una plaza que se poblé de gente a la mañana siguiente por un mercado callejero precioso. Muy buen desayuno, con variadas opciones y excelentes corissants.

The staff were attentive, helpful, and friendly. However, the beds were small, uncomfortable, and squeaky, which seems to be a common issue in Italian hotels, and unfortunately this one was no exception. The hotel itself felt old and lacked comfort. The air conditioning system was very poor; we ran it all night but it failed to cool the room and clearly needs improvement. Additionally, mosquitoes in the area made it impossible to open the windows.

The lady working at the breakfast service looked unhappy; I hope she is okay.

La disponibilità del personale eravamo in ritardo per la colazione hanno storto il naso e ci hanno fatto pagare succo e cappuccio al bar avendo già pagato la colazione sarebbe stato un gesto carino dare magari una fettina di torta al bar e un succo senza far pagare come succede ovunque poco disponibili poco empatici
