Great property staff might judge you before even walking in.
Pros:

The property has in a good location, things were clean overall.

Cons:

The gentleman checking me in was a bit rude and unprofessional, assumed that I cannot afford to stay at the hotel as I walked in, stated that they were fully booked and had no reservation for me. Even though I had already prepaid for my trip online prior to arrival weeks in advance.

Very Pleasant Stay
Pros:

The hotel is in a very nice area. The staff are all very helpful and attentive. The lobby, pool area and landscaping are gorgeous. The executive suites are clean and well appointed. The food at the café is good to very good. The parking is convenient.

Cons:

The executive suite rooms have lots of stairs to navigate, although the waterfalls, landscaping a nd koi pond make it pleasant. The decorating is plain and sterile. The safe in our room didn't work. They tried to fix it but it needs to be replaced. They had no replacements.
The converter on the tub/shower was stuck so only the shower was available. I didn't report it because it looked like an involved fix. The parking is secure and on the property but costs $55 a day + tax. The food in the Cafe is overly expensive.
