The convenience of the hotel from the airport and the shuttle service was great to have. However, in the morning the Shuttle only took us to Federal Circle because of construction at the airport. However, as it was a 6am shuttle the driver could have taken us to our respective airline terminal.
The carpet was dirty. Sheets did not seem clean. It was not comfortable for me to sleep in the bed.

The hotel was not like the picures shown. The hotel is unkept and dirty. The eating area was filthy and there is only one microwave i would advise not to use! The room was not cleaned properly and smelled like smoke. There are no food places around and the only option is Chinese via food drop. The shuttle supposedly leaves every 20 minutes. If you need to utilize this service, you will need to constantly remind the staff as there isn't any notification or announcements when the shuttle arrives.
The hotel felt very dated. For the price ($430/night), I expected a room where the carpet didn't feel damp and a bit sticky. No doubt, they can charge what they do solely because of the location. There aren't a large number of better options.
The airport is close to JFK but so are like many more.
They said they offered shuttle service but left me and my family standing at 11pm for +1 hour. When I get to the counter by taking an Uber they told me that they had change over of driver and that they would refund me the Uber which they never did.
On top of that the room was not properly clean and the lid of the toilet was broken.
There are loads of options around so I would recommend to pay a bit more and avoid the pain.
The room was musty, hotel is very worn, and for some unexplained reason the lobby music is deafening loud. Paid $475 for a short unpleasant stay.
The free shuttle and proximity to the airport. My room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.
The shower pressure was too low in my room on the 12th floor.
