Pros:

Friendly staff, very careful for the guests.Nice rooms that were cleaned every single day. Nice breakfast.Plus as a family with kids, small playground for their entertaiment.It is very close to the metro station.

Cons:

Only that it is a bit far away from the city centre, but okay, it is a well conection by public transport to everywhere.

Pros:

El personal, Laura, Elena y Ana, encantadoras y muy atentas. Estaba todo muy limpio y el desayuno es absolutamente generoso y delicioso, el mejor sin duda que hemos probado, un gran hotel, pegadito al metro y con sitios muy ricos para comer cerquita, ha sido un 10, cuando volvamos a Madrid repetimos seguro!

The whole building should not be a hotel! You can hear the sounds of showers and doors opening and closing in every room, I don't know how could it can be 4 stars hotel?!

Straordinariamente connesso alla metro permette un soggiorno comodo, pulito e vantaggioso
Pros:

Fantastica la posizione attestata sulla linea 5 della metropolitana che permette di raggiungere velocemente e comodamente il centro e tutte le principali attrazioni della città. Molto ricca la colazione e ottima la dimensione della camera. Finalmente un bagno con bidet che non è mai scontato in viaggio. Letti comodi e camera pulita. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo visto che tutte le strutture ricettive della città sono decisamente costose. La presenza nel quartiere di alcune attività e locale permette di mangiare qualcosa se non si ha voglia di tornare in centro.

Cons:

L'arredo è decisamente datato. Piccoli dettagli e componenti d'arredo potrebbero rendere meno triste l'ambiente (tovagliette sui tavoli, fiori e/o soprammobili più recenti, una rinnovata ai colori, ecc.) Anche l'area esterna al servizio dell'edificio potrebbe essere maggiormente attrezzata da componenti d'arredo per giardini (ombrelloni, tavolini, ecc.). Ma per me non sono stati fattori determinanti.

Habitación amplia y cama grande y el desayuno muy bueno

Cons:

Que el aire acondicionado no enfriaba y ahora que ya empieza hacer calor y vienes de hacer un recorrido quieres descansar y estar fresco
