Sun and Sand Resort Oceanfront Suites

Big big black mold on the ceiling so we asked to change room. Dripping faucets all night long. doors didn’t close all the way. The it was not the most clean place at all. Other people asked us did we get bitten because they did. Last it was scary. We had the least problem compared to other guess we ran it to. We were to scared to stay another night

The beds were stained, there was no breakfast like it says on the website, we didnt get told about the pool until after we checked out, the rooms arent not like the pictures on the website, our sliding door to the balcony was broke, the beds squeaked, coffee maker had molded coffee packets in it. Front desk staff was rude

They advertised a pool and the day we checked it they told us there was no pool for this season. I booked this hotel with the impression there was a pool included. So I probably won’t stay there again but I still had a good experience.

I did not like the property at all. Very dirty. The bed were very hard made noise, the bed sheets and blankets had blood stain. It was disgusting .But I made a reservation last minute for Labor Day. What can I expect.

There was a little inconvenience with communication. My husband had emergency heart surgery. With anticipation that he will not be able to get to the Sun and Sand hotel personally, I made sure I communicated with the property through “message the property “. Got the reply it was noted and will be allowed to assign it to another person, it took awhile before they were allowed. They almost go back home to FarmVille Virginia, which is 3.5 hours drive. However, we loved the convenience of the location and the room was clean and roomy for 5 people. Will definitely consider staying there again.

The pull out couch was broken. The air conditioner had about an inch of dirt. The room look nothing like they advertised. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Oh there was no light in the kitchen ask for it to be fixed no one showed up. Please this hotel should be condemned.

The room was ant infested. The staff just gave me a can of ant spray and told me to spray them and then some extra towels to clean up the ant spray but no disinfectant spray to clean up the ant spray. The pool was not working. The staff said there was notice on their website about the pool and there was not. I showed the staff. Not worth staying at this hotel.

This might be the worst hotel on the strip at the moment, the rooms were DIRTY AND RUNDOWN. Every chair had stains on it (big stains). Wall had boogers on it. Ants and i was on the 5th floor we had to keep things in plastic bags and also spiders (daddy long legs). Linens were dingy yellowish white looking, like when your whites aren’t being cleaned properly. The property looks good from the outside but when you get inside, that’s when you find out also elevator stopped working during our stay. The rooms may resemble the picture, but the devil is in the detail. But location is great if I had to say one good thing about this hotel. Definitely not even close to worth the price they are charging.

They have bed bugs and told me it was fine to cancel. Then called me at 4am while I slept at another hotel and then never allowed the cancellation or refund.
