The view of the ocean

Cons:

The room was dirty., had fixtures falling, stained sheets, parking lot was flooded and very cramped spaces.There was no accessible way to the beach without walking through ankle deep water. There was no working pool. The air was not working in the bedroom section of the room. The view from the bedroom was overlooking a rundown section, looked very unsafe. There was blood on the door handle going to parking lot. I reported it, after an hour, it was still there. We left after less than 10 hours. The staff was not concerned at all.

the location was good. the view of the ocean was awesome. the lady at the front desk was very nice.

Cons:

The room was disgusting and outdated. the couch smelt like pee. the curtains were broken and didnt cover the whole window. the sliding door didnt lock. one the cabinet door was missing and they covered the hole with plywood. the bathroom was horrible. the beds were uncomfortable and made noise everytime you moved. there was a homeless encampment in front of the hotel and the smell of drugs was horrible. the hallways were full of water. the pool was not open. the ice machine did not work. and it smelled horrible. housekeeping doesnt come. we had to ask for towels and toliet paper.

The location, ocean front.

Cons:

First room not clean, puddles of water on balcony causing carpet to tear up, mold on balcony. Railing was loose. Window blinds broken in bedroom could see in from hallway, no curtains. Moved to another room, door safety lock was broken, bedroom blinds broken again balcony door hard to open and close. No water pressure.

Loved everything it was walking distance from everything!
Pros:

love that it was beachfront and when i arrived early my room was ready for me within an hourish

The pool was closed, the air conditioning unit leaks feom the balcony which left a mess, parking was a nightmare, we didn’t have housekeeping, we had to buy a broom and trash bags and ask for clean towels.
