Pros:

L'hôtel était très propre et calme. Les lits étaient très confortables. Le petit déjeuner était plutôt correct mais quelques améliorations pourraient être réalisées.

Cons:

Le bruit incessant de la climatisation réversible. L'emplacement un peu excentré mais pas problématique en se déplaçant à pieds.

Pros:

Love how everything in the warehouse district was a short drive or Uber. The property was also good walking distance from most places of interest and they even give you a map of spots to go.

Cons:

I liked everything but the breakfast could have been better.

My stay was above and beyond my expectations. The staff at this location definitely upholds the standards of Marriott.
Pros:

The staff was phenomenal! From
our interaction with the valet to the manager at the front desk. We were given several options for dining while we waited for our room to be ready. The front desk manager (Ty) was very helpful with giving us guidance on the cruise port arrival and departure. She very hospitable during our brief wait for the rooms. I loved the free breakfast as well. They ensured that the food was replenished as soon as it got a little low. I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was near everything ! I had no issues at all and I will definitely stay here again!

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Very disappointed.
Cons:

I’m very disappointed that after calling the property over 8 times to have them contact booking.com to refund my stay when I had to cancel and they continued to claim that they had no ability to do that or speak to them at all. Both companies agreed that I would be able to cancel free of charge but I had already been charged the full amount for the stay. Finally I got an email the hotel could send the confirmation of cancellation to and I spoke to an employee at the hotel named Jasmine and still she did not send it to them after I had to collect all the information from both parties and going between the two companies for weeks myself. I finally did a charge dispute with my bank to hopefully get my money back. I’m very disappointed with both booking.com and the hotel for not sending a simple message to booking.com to confirm the free cancellation. Claiming they are not able to talk to the third party they contract with is simply not true and not acceptable.
