Diferente a las fotos
Pros:

El desayuno es bueno aunque tiene poca variedad.
La ubicacion es muy buena porque esta relativamente cerca de la estacion de retiro.

Cons:

Habia una gran diferencia entre las fotos de la habitacion con la que nos dieron.
Tambien habia pedido una cama doble y eran 2 camas individuales pegadas donde se sentia la separacion si estabas acostado en el medio.

The hotel has an excellent location. And the staff is very attentive. Good cleanliness and security.

Cons:

The bathrooms urgently need remodeling. At the very least, they could replace the shower (so the water flows properly) and the sink faucets.

Pros:

Desayuno hiper básico. Pan, café y poco más

Cons:

Se anuncian como de 4 estrellas. Yo diría que son de 2 estrellas. No habría problema si se anunciarán con la categoria que realmente soy. Perl al anunciarse de 4 estrellas uno va con expectativas. Es un hotel viejo y sucio.

Cómodo y excelente ubicacion
Pros:

Muy cómodo hotel y excelente ubicación. Personal muy atento, todo ágil desayuno rico y sobretodo preocupación por llamar a un médico dado que mi hijo se enfermó y el hotel tenia un servicio de atención médica sin costo adicional. La medico y enfermero se portaron muy atentos y profesionales, muchas gracias.

excellent séjour dans ce lieu parfait pour découvrir la ville (à 2 pas du théâtre Colon)

personnel très à l'écoute, hotel très bien situé pour tout faire à pied, calme des chambres,

le look extérieur n'est pas à la hauteur du service de l'hôtel et dessert sans doute l'image
