L emplacement mais globalement dans Berlin faut toujours prendre qu moins 20 minutes 40 minutes de tram pour aller quelque part. Donc c'est pas leur faute.

Die Parkplatzsituation ist eine Katastrophe. Ist man dann im Gebäude drin und hat die lange Check-In Schlange bewältigt, wartet ein ziemlich übler Fahrstuhl auf einen (abgerissene Haltestange), in unserer Etage (3.) kam der Fahrstuhl 5 cm höher zum Stehen, so dass man erstmal gestolpert ist. Der Teppich im Flur ist wirklich widerlich. Das Zimmer ist augenscheinlich sauber gewesen. Die Betten aber recht dreckig (Kaugummi an der Wand). Nachts waren Krabbelgeräusche in der Zwischendecke zu hören (Maus oder Ratte) - danach konnte ich nicht mehr schlafen. Das lag vielleicht auch der Hitze im Zimmer (keine Klimaanlage). A+O Hostels - NIE WIEDER!!!!!!!!!!!

El trato del personal principalmente el que nos atendió la primer noche, llegamos a pedir la llave del cuarto de maletas y mi hermano estaba en una video llamada con su novia, el joven que no se de que nacionalidad es, pero que tiene rasgos aparentemente asiáticos empezó a gritarnos en repetidas ocasiones que no lo podíamos grabar, cuando le dije "no, tranquilo, no te está grabando, mi hermano está en una video llamada con su novia y le mostré que la pantalla estaba en cámara frontal viéndose mi hermano con su novia y nada mas, quedó callado por un momento, supongo entendiendo su error, sin embargo en vez de pedir una disculpa o simplemente seguir con la interacción aún cuando ya se había dado cuenta del error, me volvió a decir "aquí en Alemania no me puedes grabar, es mi privacidad" y le dije de que hablas, si ya te mostré que nadie te está grabando y me dijo si, ya lo se, pero aquí no me puedes grabar porque es mi privacidad, varias veces más... mejor le corté la "charla" y le pedí ya molesto que solo me abriera el área de lockers para poder sacar mis cosas. Terminando esto subí a mi habitación y en mi cama asignada había una muchacha acostada, le expliqué y le mostré que era mi cama, pero me dijo que ya estaba acostada que usará otra, baje y le comenté al mismo joven de recepción, checo en sistema y vimos cuál era mi cama asignada y yo estaba en lo correcto, pero me dijo que no podia hacer nada, que si había otra cama libre la tomara (entonces para que se asignan camas) subí y nuevamente hablé con la chica que finalmente accedió y en vez de cambiarse de cama se salió del cuarto, ocupe mi cama y más tarde llegó otra persona a ocupar la cama que el de recepción me había dicho que ocupará ya que no tenía mi cama asignada, es decir, no tiene ningún control sobre lo que hacen.

Was blöd ist wenn man asthma hat, wie meine Freundin und meine Tochter ein Mensch mit leichte geh Behinderung ist.. Dass Zimmer leider nicht sauber war. Dusche die Fliese runter gefallen ist. Und die Heizungsanlage andauernd geklappert hat.

1. Duschkabine (vielleicht komplett entfernen) eine bodeneben Dusche mit Glastrennwand erneuern. 2. In der Ecke mindestens 4 Wandhaken für z.B. Handtücher. 3. Einpaar Ablagen für Kleidung und Koffer (unser Aufenthalt war 4 Tage)

Für mich, es gab's nichts was negatives!!

Die Zimmer waren dreckig Steckdosen haben raus gehangen ! Vom Aufzug der lebensgefährlich ist garnicht zu sprechen der eine Aufzug hat kein Licht und beide Türen gehen einfach zu obwohl du da zwischen stehst!
