The bed was noisy, every time we moved it squeaked and it was uncomfortable. We could clearly hear all conversations in the attached rooms.

i WILL STAY THERE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS. Very pleasant stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was quite satisfying. They provided a variety of baked goods, cereal, fruit, and yogurt with toppings. All were beautifully displayed and convenient.

My reservation got canceled by a rude staff member when I was only 5 minutes away from the hotel. He decided to charge a card that i was not using before i arrived but took it upon himself to cancel my reservations. Once I received an email stating my reservations were canceled,i called and he rudely hung up on me and called me a bitch! I will not book with them again and do not recommend this hotel.

Great rate and loved being around the mountains! Breakfast was ok not much too choose from but I wasn't hungry at the time. Also appreciateed your welcoming for me with my name digitally on the TV screen.

Some things just can’t be overlooked.
Pros:

Friendly check in and check out. Comfy pillows and good shower. Location was convenient.

Cons:

I reported these things during checkout…the shampoo was completely empty which is minor compared to the loud noise made by the a/c unit when it kicked on, but even worse was what I believe to be black mold and thick dust on the a/c unit. The mold was also on the ceiling above the unit. My pajamas smelled so musty the next day after sleeping with the air blowing on me all night. Hoping I do not get sick from this. The clerk at checkout was very polite and said he would report this to the owners/managers. This definitely needs to be corrected. Although the carpet was new and bathroom was remodeled, I do not feel I will choose this hotel in the future for this reason.

The staff helped make a bad situation and an unexpected stay much better
Pros:

The staff at this hotel would be worth the trip in itself. I have never stayed in a place with a better more friendly staff willing to help go way beyond the call to help and accommodate. From the maintenance to the front desk we were absolutely impressed. Thanks for making our unexpected stay such a blessing!!

I liked the general appearance of the inside and outside of the hotel, and it was mostly clean

Cons:

We felt a bit unsafe at the specific location of the hotel, though it said it was by the downtown area. The hotel room had cigarette buttes on the balcony. There was also no cold water coming from the sink faucet. The toilet paper was oddly affixed under the from not side of the toilet, and we were unfortunately kept up all night by the noisy room air conditioner and too soft pillow. I was informed the master Richard would follow up.

Great family stay
Pros:

We had 4 nice rooms. Comfy beds, clean room, all needed amenities. Breakfast is basic but this is a tier below Hampton in the Hilton family. We were checked in by Andy, a super friendly and helpful gentleman.
Housekeepers were very nice and friendly.
Overall a great experience, and we would definitely return.

Affordable and clean
Pros:

Manage your expectations! This property is in an industrial area but is appealing because it is affordable and very close to downtown Chattanooga with FREE parking which is rare in this city. Rooms are a good size, comfortable and clean. Staff tried to be helpful when the breakfast staff member didn’t show up but the lack of training was obvious and many guests and staff were frustrated😬
All in all..I would stay here again for the value.

Staff was very nice, even though system was down when we checked in, she was very accommodating.

Room was clean, day of check in, but nothing after that . No clean towels beds not made when we returned to room.
