I liked the general appearance of the inside and outside of the hotel, and it was mostly clean
We felt a bit unsafe at the specific location of the hotel, though it said it was by the downtown area. The hotel room had cigarette buttes on the balcony. There was also no cold water coming from the sink faucet. The toilet paper was oddly affixed under the from not side of the toilet, and we were unfortunately kept up all night by the noisy room air conditioner and too soft pillow. I was informed the master Richard would follow up.

I booked this hotel for the pool and upon check in was told the pool was not open
We had 4 nice rooms. Comfy beds, clean room, all needed amenities. Breakfast is basic but this is a tier below Hampton in the Hilton family. We were checked in by Andy, a super friendly and helpful gentleman.
Housekeepers were very nice and friendly.
Overall a great experience, and we would definitely return.
Manage your expectations! This property is in an industrial area but is appealing because it is affordable and very close to downtown Chattanooga with FREE parking which is rare in this city. Rooms are a good size, comfortable and clean. Staff tried to be helpful when the breakfast staff member didn’t show up but the lack of training was obvious and many guests and staff were frustrated😬
All in all..I would stay here again for the value.
Staff was very nice, even though system was down when we checked in, she was very accommodating.
Room was clean, day of check in, but nothing after that . No clean towels beds not made when we returned to room.
Stay elsewhere unless you're desperate! Hotel is rundown and not very clean. Most staff barely acknowledge you (did have nice ladies on last day at desk). . " Breakfast included"?? Very limited quantities of bagels and muffins; 2% milk smelled rancid and made my child nauseated. Pool was down entire visit (it's a lovely shade of green). Lobby has the strangest smell...couldn't identify, but not a good scent. Frequently ran into groups of staff loitering in lobby, eating "breakfast" etc...Hilton corporate needs to do surprise visit for themselves...first time we've even been disappointed in a Hilton property.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days and noticed that when we got back to the room, we didn't have fresh towels. When I went to the front desk to ask for clean towels, they told me that they didn't have any more clean towels in the hotel
Consistently on top of their game. This was my 4th or 5th stay at this hotel in the past several years. The rooms and bathrooms are always clean. The service at the front desk is always helpful and friendly. Andy was very proud of their latest acceptance into the 'Spark' by Hilton collection, and was a wealth of local information. And it is less than 5 minutes from the Choo Choo, which in my mind, kind of marks the southern beginning of the downtown area. It is not the choicest neighborhood, but the Spark is very secure, with a very nice compound on one side with a pool and green space. As mentioned above, I have been here many times, and have never felt uneasy with regard to safety. The rooms are plain with no frills, but clean and with extremely comfortable beds and nice clean bathrooms. For what you get, I think this is the best hotel value in Chattanooga.
