Bad and could have let me know about the water situation.
Pros:

The only thing was, is the location. I arrived on Friday at midnight with 2 kids and I made the reservatio on Wednesday night and they couldn't tell me this location had no water 😑that was very disappointing and also to do the check in was 2 streets down from the building.

Cons:

I didn't like the location of the check-in and the fact that no one told me they had no water prior to check-in. And the guy who was there Friday night was there Saturday morning had a bad attitude. To be in front counter and have that attitude it was a horrible experience.

Overall, my stay was good.
Pros:

I enjoyed the location being so close to everything in old San Juan.

Cons:

The bedroom by the entrance was pretty warm. We also did not have water for half a day, which was very inconvenient.

Pros:

La cosa mejor es la posición. Está a unos pocos metros de calle San Sebastián donde se encuentran todos los locales de San Juan viejo incluido el Cafetín. Además en 5 minutos caminando está a La placita. Y con 5 dólares de Uber llega a condado.

Cons:

La limpieza es bastante mala. Y faltan unas cuantas cosas como sabían por limpiarse las manos, no salía agua caliente de la ducha, y algo para apoyar las cosas porque está solo una mesa pequeña.

Perfect sea view. And perfect breakfast

One thing I really love was that the same owner have another property called “terrazas “very close to capitana , like 3 blocks down and they offer breakfast like Colombian, Venezuelan, Puerto Rican , American , it was really good and the chef Miguel cook really good . The waitress was very helpful too.

Cons:

Narrow stairs and a lot .

The apartment is old but we liked it .

Good location but very dingy unit with dirty bathroom
Pros:

Good location right in Old San Juan, step out and beaches and attractions are a walkable distance.

Cons:

Far too dingy and old unit. I'm pretty sure there was mold somewhere in there as there was a smell. It was also quite humid with no air (windows were boarded up) and the bathroom was AWFUL! Small and so so so dirty. I didn't feel comfortable enough to take a shower or even step in the bathroom without shoes on so I moved to a different hotel JUST so I could comfortably use the bathroom without feeling sick to my stomach. I understand it's in OLD San Juan so it's not been renovated too much but seriously I was appalled they didn't update it just a little to at least make it cleaner and not synonymous to a biohazard.

Would choose somewhere else to stay next time.
Pros:

Location was good. Easy to walk to everything. Staff is friendly. The manager allowed us to stay at the sister property the night we didn’t have water but it was inconvenient to change properties like that.

Cons:

Our first night we didn’t have water at all. So the place was useless. It also just seemed dingy and dirty. Plus there were no windows to see the ocean as they were boarded up. But you wouldn’t want to anyway as there are no windows and it’s muggy. Also you are right on the road so you hear all the cars and all the honking. It’s a main road so you also hear all the people walking by.

La ubicación muy buena, Exelente para caminar por todo el viejo San Juan.

Cons:

El personal del check in más bien antipático.
El apartamento tiene mucho potencial, le falta cariño, mantenimiento y limpieza. Cocina, piso y baño deficiente la limpieza… parece que no lo hubieran limpiado, por eso ni utilizamos la cocina de lo sucio que estaba.
Haciendo una limpieza exhaustiva mejoraría mucho la experiencia, ya que la ubicación y amplitud muy bueno.

Recomendación cambiar la cortina de baño.

Horrible!
Pros:

No nos gustó ! Lo único bueno era la ubicación. Oscuro, húmedo, las ventanas no se abrían, la cucheta era para niños, el agua fría, una puerta que daba a un patio sucio y con caídas de agua. NO VOLVERÍAMOS! El agua salía con olor en fin mejor olvidar! Rescatable el personal del hotel donde hay que retirar la llave ( que tampoco funcionaba bien)
