I would stay again due to location, excellent staff, cleanliness of hotel room and linens.
Pros:

Great location, easy to get to. Quiet environment even though there are many businesses near by.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit lacking in quality. Instant oatmeal and no way to prepare it in dining room. Thursday, no good bananas to be had or they were leaning to over ripe.

An ok place to stay
Pros:

Pretty nice for a Holiday Inn Express. Nice rooms, good breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. In a suburban commercial area with lots of stores and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Further from downtown than we liked. Also, bad traffic getting to and from town.

Great place to stay/enjoy. Wish they would install non slip pads in the bathtubs.

Pros:

This was one of the most beautiful hotels we've stayed at. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was spacious and the food was excellent. We had a great stay !!!

Pros:

Have a large pool with extended times as well as gaming tables/arcade games made this hotel so worth it. We also loved that the hot breakfast items changed everyday. Linens were provided with a quick text.

Cons:

The height of the tub was a little hard to manage.

Amazing !
Pros:

This hotel was very nice! Well maintained, clean and very friendly staff! I loved how they immediately sent a text welcoming us to the hotel once we checked in! The managers took the time to text to see if everything was good and when they noticed that my mom's room had the DND sign, they asked if we needed the room done. When I explained that my mom was in bed sick, but that if it was possible to just clean her bathroom, they said no problem and did so without making any noise! They also said they hoped she would feel better soon! The breakfast was good. The rooms were very nice and comfortable! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Good location and nice comfortable hotel
Pros:

Convenient location. Clean hotel and room. Free breakfast, had a lot of options and was very good. Pool and hot tub were very nice, especially liked the adult swim only after 10:30pm to midnight.

Cons:

Only had one elevator for 4 floors, had to wait for the elevator a lot.

My Family LOVE Holiday Inn Express Holland by IHG!
Pros:

My family and I enjoyed the room we stayed in the beds were very comfortable. My son and my husband really enjoyed the pool and the arcade area on the 2nd floor. We only stayed overnight but the continental breakfast was excellent as they had a buffet to pick from which we really enjoyed. The staff members were helpful during our stay and was easy checking in and out. Thank you for accommodating my request too, as I had gave them an advanced notice my family was going to be coming later into the evening as we had plans to Michigan Adventure earlier prior to arriving late to the Inn.

Cons:

There was really nothing we did not enjoy! Everything was great!
