Would not come back.
Pros:

The staff was very accommodating. The attached restaurant had good food, though it was quite loud.

Cons:

The facilities were old and dingy, definitely needed uodating. We had to change rooms twice, the first time because our 2nd floor room was directly over the restaurant and patio and so loud we couldn’t sleep. The second room had a non-working air conditioner, and the smoke alarm malfunctioned and was beeping constantly. The 3rd room had loud partying adjacent to us, despite our calling several times.

My stay was fantastic. Thank you for the hotel members who made not only possible, but amazing!
Pros:

The welcome staff was kind and friendly, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was very appetizing and very yummy that I can’t forget it!

this place was nasty. i should have spent an extra 100 dollars to be comfortable. lesson learned

The breakfast was fresh and good. no complaints

Cons:

My room was filthy, i had to wipe all the door handles and light switches down. dirt all around them. The room was so gross and uncomfortable. it was 4th of July weekend. so every place was sold out or extremely expensive since it was last minute, other wise i would have left sooner. as is i left a day early, i was told id get a refund for my last night stay. never received it.

Highly recommended
Pros:

Excellent experience staying at Best Western, Waltham. Convenient location, very clean, friendly staff, house keeping service was exceptional. Complementary breakfast was excellent!! Over all very good experience.

Misery n cardboard.
Pros:

Reception girls were miserable.

Breakfast sausages were over microwaved "Brown n Serve" type.
They were like cardboard!

No USB connections in rooms.

Pros:

The location and the free breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable enough

Cons:

The WiFi was adequate but it would periodically have to be reconnected. Also the morning we were checking out when we came back from breakfast (before the checkout time) our keys didn’t work and we had to have some one let us into the room.

Pros:

The breakfast was decent especially for being included in the price of the stay. The restaurant attached to the hotel had amazing food, location was great and there's gas station/convenient store right across the parking lot.

Cons:

I rented 2 rooms for 2 nights and in one of the rooms we had rented the bathroom door would not lock and the other rooms bathroom the toilet would not work the whole duration of the stay and when we called to report it to the front desk for the 1st time the lady had an attitude about it.

Good location, not hot water or extra seating in the room.
Pros:

The locations was good, the free breakfast was better than usual.

Cons:

Our room didn’t have any extra seating other than the desk chair. One comfy chair or sofa (there was room) would have been nice. We never got any hot water out of the bathroom faucet. We were there inky 2 days so didn’t let any one know.
