A sleepless night due to unbearable noise, made worse by a poorly cleaned toilet.
Cons:

I stayed on 8–9 October in room 725, which I believe was on the top floor. I could not sleep for even an hour because of extremely loud rattling and banging throughout the night. It sounded like a severe storm, but when I opened the window in the morning, there was no heavy rain. The noise seemed to come from loose roof tiles or roofing panels moving in the wind, although I cannot confirm the exact cause.

The toilet also had not been properly cleaned before my arrival and appeared to have been used without being cleaned afterwards.

I had a conference the following morning and spent the entire day exhausted because I had been unable to rest. This was my first stay at the hotel, and it was a very disappointing experience. Both the noise and the standard of cleaning need attention.

Location and parking were ideal for my needs.
Check in was quick and smooth and the receptionist very pleasent to deal with.
The room was spacious, very clean and a comfortable temp..
Dined in the bar. Excellent food, excellent staff
