Not very pleasant. The reception staffs had different knowledge on the hotel policy and so i was informed different thin

Location and space of the room was ok.

Cons:

My room didnt seem to be cleaned properly. There were still hair on my bed for 2 days, crumbs on the floor so its clearly not being cleaned, and they also didnt seem to clean the toilet bowl properly (untill i reported to the reception and asked for a proper clean up. I wonder is it a common practice to requested specifically to get it cleaned thoroughly? Otherwise, what were they clean on a regular base?

Pros:

Personal muy atento y amable.
Buena ubicación, lejos del bullicio.
Paradas de autobús a cualquier dirección justo delante del hotel con una frecuencia de 5 minutos, en 10 min en el centro.
El desayuno muy bien.

Pros:

- Nice and large room, cleaned every day.
- Despite 7 floors and lots of people, no issues with elevators.
- Amazing gym: large, well equipped, with water dispenser, towels.
- location nice, if you don’t desperately want to be in the city center
- large and very comfortable bed!
- good wifi.
- good AC, not “overblowing” the room
- drinking water in room every day

- No brush at the toilet

Where do I start. Room was extortionate, 404Euro, was available online on the day 168Euro, asked for a discount met with a blank face and told no. NOT HAPPY.! No residents bar! ordered breakfast to room, didn't happen! Chaotic breakfast, find our own table and clear it, waited ages on tea. Drilling early morning we were not informed about and to top of a really terrible experience, 15Euro to park here. This was supposed to be a nostalgic 60th birthday trip for my wife as we used to stay here in the 80's/90's, turned out it's all about the money and not the guest!!
