Pros:

Our second wonderful visit. Everything was amazing as in the first time. The staff, especially in the reception desk were extremely helpful during both times. A very comfortable hotel in an amazing location. Everything a family needs and more.

المكان مره حلو كموقع بنص قريب مره من السنتر ومحلات التسوق

المكان ابدا مو زي الصور اول ماوصلت اعطوني غرفتين وكلهم مطلين على زباله الفندق ووحده من الغرف مفروض فيها بلكونه لاكن مافيها لكم ان تتخيلو ريحة المكان اعزكم الله والشبابيك ماتفتح كامله واصلا اذا فتحتها بتفطس من ريحة الزبايل والموظفين ماكانو متعاونين مره الا بعد ماعصبت عليهم وافقو يغيرون لي غرفه وحده ورفضت يغيرون كل الثنتي وللاسف ماكان متوفر يغيرون الا غرفه وحده والثانيه من بكرا فكنت جدا مستائه وماراح اعيد تجربتي ابدا باخذ سكن ثاني بنفس المنطقه وبعد الاصنصير مافي الا اثنين ويطوووووول مره ونصيحه اذا بتسكنون فيه اكدو عليهم بالدور والاطلاله

فندق لايهتم بالزبائنه ، قامو بتسلمي غرفه غير جاهزه للراحه والنوم

الاستقبال سيئ جداً

عندما استلمت الغرفه كانت غير مجهزه للعميل في ساعه 1 صباحاً قام المكيف يعمل صوت عالي كل خمس دقائق حتى قمت بالخروج منها ويوجد عندي فيديو بصوت المكيف ولم أخذ راحتي في النوم غرفة غير مجهزة للعميل
وعندما قلت شرحت الوضع لهم قال لي احد الاشخاص نحن لانقدر ان نعمل لك شي الان معامله سيئة مع غرفة سيئة

Расположение прекрасное на центральной улице Вены. Все достопримечательности рядом, в пешей доступности. Номер очень удобный, необычный, но очень приятный дизайн. Завтрак отличный. Мы были в этом отеле 2 года назад, и мне кажется, что качество обслуживания стало даже лучше.

Unless you are driving a car, this hotel is perfect.
Pros:

The location was great. The room size was OK but a little tight for us. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Internet access was good.

Cons:

Since I had my own car, the hotel did not provide details on how to get the may entrance to the hotel. My mapping utility on my iPhone took me to a parking garage nearby. There is how ever a way to drive directly to the hotel entrance for dropping off luggage. I really wish detailed instructions were available on how to approach the hotel by car.
