It was comfortable and the rooms got cold.
Pool and hot tub were both closed also that I was required to pay an additional $100 deposit after I had prepaid for the room still have not gotten the deposit back yet either. The front desk guy sounded mad when I told him I booked it through a 3rd party site
I liked that the I hop and apple bees is connected
In the middle of summer I was expecting the pool to be open not closed, for some BS excuse that work was being done. There was no workers around the pool and the pool was full of water crystal clear , it was just closed to be used for some BS excuse.

Location was great. The hotel was quiet.
The problem is this hotel appears to have been recently renovated. The execution of service needed to better. There were no luggage carts at check in or check out-staff said they could not find them. The exercise area was nicely appointed but had not been cleaned in a long time. When my wife let the staff know, she was told that nobody cleans that area. We asked for a second wash cloth and the staff was not able to provide. We asked for replacements for our room coffee and the maid had to search for them - we got less than what we asked for. Construction crews were staying there, and some tracked dirt in across the white marble floors in the pool area. No one thought to clean that up. Our overall impression was the staff really was not interested in hospitality that we have received at Holiday Inns around the country. There were many options for other lodging, so I would hope management commits to better attitudes and attention to detail that truly makes the experience better for guests. Not asking a lot here - just do the basics.

The room was excellent, easy to control the room temperature. However, getting to the room was hot and muggy, we had to walk through the pool area.
Air conditioning in the pool area would have been nice.
Everything was nice accept the pool was out of order for maintenance. I wish they would have put it on the website!!
We booked our room ahead of time using their app. Drove over 2 hours arriving at 11:30 pm. Upon arrival we were told that they are very sorry but they no longer have any rooms available. There were several people with pre booked reservations that were left without a room. There is a lot going on in Milwaukee this weekend and it is impossible to find another place to stay this late. We are now driving and hour back and staying in Madison. Absolutely unacceptable. The room was reserved and paid for.

Great place! Had a beautiful stay while I was there! The pool was under construction which was pretty sad! Blinding is having a little construction but I am excited to see what the building looks like for he future! Wonderful staff! Very nice and helpful!
