There were just a couple hairs in the tub, when I went to take a shower. The comforter in the 1 of 2 queen beds had a slight odor, like it did not get washed as well from the last guest.

Staff miserable. Small room. Broken hot tub. Outdoor seating area very dirty. Breakfast bad.

Wish breakfast had a little more options.

Lo.que me.molesto mucho fue que en mi estancia pedí en el lobby que por favor limpiaran mi cuarto en mi ausencia y cuando regrese. No lo habían hecho, fui a reclamar y me dijeron. Que no había suficiente personal para dar servicio a todas las habitaciones que necesitan servicio, bueno al otro dia fui a pedir el mismo servicio de limpieza y me prometieron que esta vez si lo harían y se disculparon por el dia anterior, regreso esa noche cansado a las 11p..m. y el cuarto sucio , no habían limpiado otra vez , muy molesto voy al front desk a dar mi reclamo y lo mismo no hay personal para limpiar, es muy desagradable regresar después de 12 horas cansado y encontrar la habitación sucia 2 dias seguidos, ... no regresaré más a ese hotel.

Run down, dirty, some staff was not friendly or accommodating

the TV wouldn't work at all the first night...constantly glitching making watching impossible.. I advised staff in the morning who offered to send someone, probably needed re-boot.. I told hime I could do that... which I did and was fixed, until we came back to room in the evening, glitching again...so we just didn't watch TV.
advertised as included breakfast... which was pretty much bagels... there was fruit and muffins..one morning hard boiled eggs which all went very fast
Im not faulting there being nothing to eat, because there was.. but I was looking for some protein of some kind. The kids didn't mind at all

The hot tub was out of order and disgusting. Also, could be a safety risk.

the property does not have elevators and it was not advertised anywhere that i saw

When we arrived we were not informed there was no elevator. I was unaware I could ask to have my room switched to ground floor because the guy who checked us in was too busy, complaining about all the guests who checked out late and caused delays for the guests that now needed to check in. My boyfriend and I had to ask for assistance to get our bags upstairs due to not having an elevator because both of us have back issues and didn’t expect to have to carry everything up two flights of stairs. Your breakfast is a joke. I went down every morning and the yogurt dispenser was empty. There was no cream cheese offered with the bagels. I know that may seem like a minor problem, however that meant I then couldn’t eat anything from your breakfast. The pillows were so soft there wasn’t even any support. Trying to get comfortable on those things was almost impossible. The heating/ac system smelled so bad! And let’s not talk about how dirty the carpet was throughout the entire place. And the fact that one of your front counter people had zero concern complaining about other customers to us is beyond me. I understand working in customer service is challenging some days, I do it myself. But don’t talk bad about other customers who checked out late to customers who are checking into your hotel. Especially for the first time. It’s not a good look.

No elevator. Complimentary breakfast was not well stocked. Pool needed work and hot tub not working at all.

Breakfast food. Should tell customers when you fill items as the first morning there was nothing there at 7:30.

Booked room a month prior, room was paid for and verified. Arrived to hotel to check in. Front staff member told me she gave my room to "the people that kept walking in for rooms". She not only gave my room away but also did this to 3 other people who have also not checked in yet. She was not apologetic not offered no assistance in rectifying this situation.
