Execllent place to stay and value if you’re doing anything in the Hershey area.
Pros:

Excellent location if you’re doing anything in Hershey. Clean facilities. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Didn’t affect me but there is no elevator if you’re in need of one. Short walk up. If you require an elevator contact them prior to booking so you’ll be on the ground floor.

Kudos to Josh and JJ for check-in! Loved the hotel exits and separate waste bins for dogs.

I would stay again but the pool not being open was disappointing. Breakfast options were just ok but it was free. No out
Pros:

Location was great! Staff were nice. All day coffee is a plus for me.

Cons:

Pool was closed the whole 4 days we stayed. That was part of the appeal when choosing this hotel.

We will not stay in any Spark Hotel again.
Pros:

I liked quick response on changing the sheets after I raised the issue.

Cons:

The other queen bed was not changed since I can smell a scent on the pillows and I feel the sheet was not smooth. There was a big spider on the wall and we squashed it. Presence of small bugs flying around.,
No cereals, milk and napkins on our second breakfast day at 9 am.

Inexpensive, great family-friendly pool, and comfy beds but the breakfast was almost non-existent
Pros:

The bed and rooms were comfortable and great for families. We have older children, and it was a great option to get two connected rooms. It’s also really close to Hershey and all the Hershey attractions without being in Hershey itself, and the outdoor pool was fun.

Cons:

The bathrooms are small with a toilet and standing shower in the bathroom and a sink outside. Also, although the hotel is only a couple of stories, there is no elevator, and first floor rooms are motel style with doors on the outside versus the upper floors which are typical hotel rooms with no exterior access. Also, the breakfast was almost non-existent.

Bien pour dépanner, mais il ne faut s'attendre à rien

L'hotel est d'assez faible qualité. La piscine était hors service (raison pour laquelle nous avions choisi cet hotel). Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Et l'environnement reste assez bruyant globalement. "By Hilton", je ne sais pas si Hilton cautionnerait ce manque de qualité.

Piscine hors service. Pas de wifi. Personnel peu aimable.
