Beautiful hotel. Exceptional service.
Pros:

An incredibly beautiful and fragrant hotel with outstanding service and a truly special atmosphere. I would especially like to highlight the high level of service and the excellent room service — fast, attentive, and consistently delivered to a very high standard.

Even the ongoing renovation of the entrance area did not diminish our stay in any way. We will be delighted to return and experience Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus in all its glory and take full advantage of everything this wonderful hotel has to offer.

عند تسجيل الدخول اخبروني ان غرفتي في الدور التاسع لكن الغرفة يوجد بها خلل وطلبوا مني الانتظار لمدة ساعة مع العلم وصولي بعد الساعة 4 مساء وقاموا باعطائي غرفة بالدور السابع.
الفندق يسمح بدخول الحيوانات ورائحة الممرات غير جيدة.
يوجد مسرح غنائي قريب من الفندق وازعاج في الليل.

Good value for money (beware of Pork bacons)

The facilities and the beautiful views of the Bosphorous sea from the room
The staff were all quite welcoming and friendly specially the breakfast restaurant’s manager went out of the way to ensure everything was good.

Cons:

Surprisingly, they serve pork bacon alongside the halal menu, and we mistakenly consumed it because it was not clearly labelled apart from a very small sign mentioning that it was pork. This is extremely concerning and unacceptable, especially in a setting where many guests may reasonably assume the breakfast items are halal.

The hotel duty manager, Mr. Muharram, was unfortunately one of the most inconsiderate and insensitive staff members we have come across despite our extensive travels across many countries. His handling of the matter lacked empathy and professionalism. We are genuinely surprised that someone with such poor hospitality standards is managing a hotel associated with Hilton.
