Guests staying at executive and suite type rooms have privileged access to Executive Lounge. Lounge features special check-in check-out area and a computer area. Tea, coffee and nonalcoholic drinks are served between 07:30 - 23:00. Alcoholic drinks are also available while guests are also served snack certain times of the day.

When guests made a booking for Half Board meal plan “in package with breakfast & dinner", beverages are not included”

Pros:

we really loved that our room had a garden and was very spacious for families with children.
Also the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Given that there was no indoor seating available, the cigarette smoke on the terrace during breakfast was highly disturbing, particularly for non-smokers and families with kids.

Где-то валяется фотография разбитых осколков на полу, но когда я об этом сказал менеджеру – ему не сильно это нужно было

Неплохой завтрак и команда сопровождающая его! Отлично работает консьерж, ему даже в конце было стыдно за работу такого менеджмента: взрослый в годах мужчина, вот там надо менеджмент учиться!

Cons:

Разрезал ногу о разбившийся стакан предыдущих гостей, понял сразу что оставаться на следующую ночь поеду в другой отель, счастью Rixos terzano нашел для нас номера. Через пару дней обнаружили, что забыли сумку с косметикой детей, два дня созванивались приехали к назначенному часу, очередь два менеджера обслуживают одного гостя. Пытался попросить чтоб принесли сумку, отправили в очередь, через 40 минут отдали сумку – это не менеджмент это булщитинг.
