The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally helpful and professional. I would especially like to thank Bibars at Reception, who kindly assisted me with a room change and made my stay even better than I had anticipated.

The cleanliness of both the hotel and the guest rooms was truly exceptional. Special recognition also goes to Mehmet from Housekeeping for maintaining such impeccable standards.

Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful experience. I look forward to returning soon! :)

Cons:

The only aspect that fell short of my expectations was the service at the Lalou Lobby Bar.

The service team appeared somewhat disengaged. Although it was evident that I had entered, taken a seat, and was waiting to order, it took approximately ten minutes before anyone approached my table. Later, after informing another waitress that I was in a hurry and would appreciate receiving the bill promptly, my request was unfortunately forgotten, and I had to remind her before it was brought.

In a lobby bar of such a high standard, I would expect the service team to be consistently attentive, observant, and proactive, ensuring that guests feel acknowledged and well looked after at all times.

Acest hotel rămâne preferința noastră de top ori de câte ori vom reveni în Istanbul.
Pros:

Locația este centrală, aproape de Piața Taksim.
Camerele sunt spațioase, curate și bine izolate fonic. Paturi extrem de confortabile, cu saltele de cea mai buna calitate. Noi am stat într-o cameră cu ieșire în grădină, perfectă pentru familii cu copii. Piscina exterioară și zonele verzi oferă o relaxare perfectă după o zi lungă de vizitat orașul.
Mic dejun bogat, preparate variate, de buna calitate și gustoase. De când intri în restaurant, ești întâmpinat cu zâmbetul pe buze, personalul chiar se străduiește să ai parte de un început de zi minunat. Piscina exterioara este recent renovată, arata superb. Este ceea ce ne-a făcut să alegem acest hotel.
Personalul este extrem de atent, amabil și profesionist. Încă de când am pășit în hotel, in special Berna a fost deosebit de amabilă, primitoare, sare în ajutorul oaspeților. Copiii mei au îndrăgit-o atât de mult încât de fiecare dată când ne întorceam la hotel, doreau să împărtășească experiențele lor trăite în Istanbul. Procesul de check-out a fost rapid, iar pentru asta ii mulțumim lui Murat și Berna.
Le mulțumesc pentru deserturile și băuturile oferite din partea casei, cu ocazia premiilor câștigate de băiatul meu la Aritmetică mentală, pe parcursul șederii noastre in Istanbul. Ne-am simțit minunat!

Mükemmel!
Pros:

Herşey mükemmeldi. Daha önce İstanbul’a geldiğimde başka bir otelde kalıyordum ilk defa burada konakladım. Bundan sonra her İstanbul ziyaretinde Hilton İstanbul Bosphorus’u tercih ederim. Yemekler harika, çalışanlar çok kibar, odalar çok rahat.İsmini hatırladığım Murat bey ve konaklamam içerisinde bize yardımcı olan tüm ekiptekilere çok teşekkür ederim.
