Pros:

The room met basic standards.

Cons:

Couldn’t control the temperature which sucked. Their. Parking garage broke so they forced me to book external parking, leaving me walking through Sydney in the dark hunting for a park in the middle of winter. Their recommended parking garage overcharged me and they were absolutely rude and unhelpful in assisting to resolve it. I felt like a number and a doormat, the manager was borderline intimidating me physically.

Stay at Best Western
Pros:

Being in the centre of Sydney and having the convince of being close to places we were visiting and public transport.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No easy access for prams - had to go to reception up some stairs. Parking was an issue.

Pros:

ちょっと歩いたところにバス停があり、移動に便利。同様に歩いて数分のところにスーパーマーケット、酒屋がある。ローケーションがよい。ホテルはこじんまりとしており静か。

Cons:

禁煙の部屋だったが、時々たばこのにおいがどこから入ってきた。家族で私だけ気になった。

Rooms very quiet.

Rooms and bathrooms clean.

施設は古めのビジネスホテルの感じ。ただ清掃もとてもきれいで、スタッフも皆んな感じが良かった。立地もよく、ミュージアム駅まで５分程、バス停はもっと近い。洗濯場が2カ所あり、洗濯機と乾燥機があり、コインを入れて使う、フロントで両替、洗剤も買える

キッチンは電子レンジのみ、コンロはないので調理はできない。

Great hotel, excellent location, large rooms, comfortable, modern and clean. Will stay again.

Rooms were comfortable, large in size and extremely clean and comfortable.

Cons:

It was very handy having a kitchenette in the studio but there could have been more utensils and maybe a microwave and toaster to be able to make full use of the kitchenette.

Overal, our stay was pleasant and enjoyable!
Pros:

I really loved the location of the property. It was in a walkable distance to everything which was amazing!!
If you’re worried about location there is a police station down the street.

Cons:

The main reason we picked this place is because it said it had parking which made us assume that if we drove up we’d have a place to park as it stated it did! However, when we got there we were told that there was no parking available (how is that possible when we’ve booked a room?!) which was a bit annoying especially cause we picked it due to the parking situation. They did give us another location which we could park which was a short walk down the road. We were told to download an app which would make it easier (it didn’t but I think that was because we tried booking same day?!) - app was called Wilson Parking. Unfortunately, this made the stay a little bit more pricier than we expected due to the cost of parking being $65 for a night stay plus a weekend tax (might not necessarily be expensive but when you were expecting to have parking available it just adds to the frustration). This wouldn’t have been an issue if we were notified beforehand.

Terrific location and plenty of space to share!
Pros:

We utilised a two bedroom apartment and it was such a great space for 3 of us (adults) especially with two bathrooms.

Cons:

The lounge room layout is slightly awkward with the tv above the dining table but this is a very minor detail given the amount of space available. Would recommend for couples, friends and families.
