Pros:

This was my 2nd time staying this hotel, first was superb all amenities was good

Cons:

My room was not clean properly, the coffee mug was not clean, mini bar coffee was not top up. The iron board was just left like that. My bed wad not made properly and tidy. Could be new housekeeping I guess.

الغرفه واسعه وفيها شطاف وهذا مهم و الموقع قريب من المطاعم مثل مطعم التركي ايا صوفيا و مادو تروح لهم مشي و وجود سوبرماركت داخل الفندق صاحبه مسلم يعني المنتجات اللي فيه حلال

Room for improvement.
Pros:

The location, very centralised. The room, very spacious and well designed.

Cons:

The condition. It’s 15 years old but aged badly. The breakfast, could have been better managed, staff were playing with phones instead of clearing plates. Varieties were good but not well presented. Station cooks could be better trained with their cooking, over and under cooked foods. The restaurant for breakfast, the decor is very poor. No tea/coffee spoons were available. Black tea in urns was weakly brewed, no variety of teas available. Even a 3 star hotel offers that. The room, laundry bag was missing from the start until the 3rd day.
