Pros:

Cercanía al centro histórico. Desayuno bueno. Habitación amplia.

Cons:

Enchufes escasos. No hay enchufes en la mesita para poder cargar el móvil mientras lo utilizo. La ducha un poco incómoda.

Sehr gute zentrale Lage, beim Zimmer und der Sauberkeit besteht jedoch Verbesserungsbedarf.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist wirklich sehr gut. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Das Personal war freundlich und der reservierte Parkplatz direkt im Innenhof war für uns sehr praktisch.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat uns leider nicht besonders gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist eher einfach und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch bei der Sauberkeit wäre noch Luft nach oben. Für 40 € pro Nacht fanden wir außerdem den Parkplatz recht teuer.

piacevole ritorno al CLOISTER INN
Pros:

posizione davvero centralissima, a pochi minuti a piedi da Ponte Carlo e dalla Piazza dell'Orologio Astronomico. zona tranquilla.
letti comodissimi, cuscini morbidi, camera pulita, ampia e spaziosa, finestre luminose. buona dotazione di asciugamani. mancano ciabatte, cuffia doccia e altre "facilities" (delle quali non avevamo bisogno), in camera c'è un messaggio che sono disponibili su richiesta.
all'ingresso c'è la macchinetta per caffè, cappuccino e altre bevande calde a disposizione degli ospiti.
a colazione tra le altre cose ci sono sempre torte fatte in casa (buonissime!), grande selezione di formaggi e verdure, e frutta fresca.
la chiave della camera è unica e si lascia in reception.
avevamo già soggiornato al CLOISTER INN una decina di anni fa, e sostanzialmente nulla è cambiato. siamo stati felici di tornare.

Cons:

nessun problema irrisolvibile, ma lascio alcuni appunti.
alla conferma della prenotazione, l'hotel invia l'invito al check-in online, ma booking.com blocca i link esterni, quindi si deve fare il check-in fisico (idem per il check-out); non si tratta di una gran perdita di tempo (la procedura è veloce), ma è meglio saperlo in anticipo (anche per non mandare inutilmente mails alla reception).
le tende oscuranti non sono sufficienti a schermare la luce del mattino che filtra dalle finestre (meglio portare con sé una mascherina per gli occhi)
le prese di corrente sono generalmente lontane dai letti (abbiamo dovuto staccare le luci dei comodini), meglio attrezzarsi con una multipla o una "ciabatta" per ricaricare agevolmente smartphone, smartwatch, fotocamera,...
la rete wifi in camera è piuttosto lenta e "ballerina".
la colazione era completa ma essenziale, non propriamente "continental".

2 Ü mit Pkw Stellplatz in der Altstadt fussläufig zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten!
Pros:

2 Ü mit Kfz ( Innenhofparkplatz) ohne Frühstück . Zimmer sehr geräumig. Lage perfekt zur Karlsbrücke und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie zur Tram ( sehr empfehlenswert). Bequeme Betten. Sehr ordentlich alles im Hotel. In der Lobby gibt es durchgehend einen self-service Kaffeeautomaten.

Cons:

Sehr einfache Ausstattung. Bei Nutzung der Dusche fiel mehrfach der Duschkopf ab ( Wasserdruck?) Sehr hellhörig. Trotz Doppelverglasung waren von Schülergruppen im Hotel gegenüber auf der Strasse eine unserer Nächte komplett Stimmengewirr zu hören. Dafür kann das Cloister Inn nichts. Man muss jedoch Ohrstöpsel dabei haben! -Wir sind nach 20h angereist und sollten den Parkplatz am übernächsten Tag (Checkout um 8:30h gemacht) um 13h freimachen. Wir haben volle 2 Tagessätze Gebühren bezahlt (84 €) und sind bei unserer Ausflugsplanung davon ausgegangen, dass wir 48 Std dort parken können. Sonst ist das Preidniveau nicht gerechtfertigt. Nach Reklamation wurde es dann ermöglicht. Danke.
