Horrific Location and Building
Pros:

The inside of the room was fine, beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The location is HORRIBLE. VERY UNSAFE. There are only sheets on the bed, there were people living in other rooms, our key had to be reprogrammed 5 times until they gave up and just let us in and if we needed to leave let them know. I will NEVER stay there again and advise anyone else to do the same. It was incredibly overpriced and I am guessing when the race is not happening those rooms go for a fraction of what we paid. It was a $49 room at BEST. The building was partially boarded up with chains on doors, absolutely unbelievable.

Pros:

A total Scam , didn’t have room thar was reserved, guy on kiosk check was completely disengaged and played off the whole thing . Where’s my security deposit and compensation refund for misleading the whole experience what a joke , oh and the consumer is not responsible for the language barrier

Frustrating experience.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The room was fairly quiet. There was a wall thermostat for the A/C unit.

Cons:

Sink faucet not connected to sink - had to hold the faucet with one hand and operate the valve with the other. Floor dirty. Mirror damaged. Pillows were very lumpy. Deadbolt didn't work. No breakfast. No coffee in room or lobby. No person physically at front desk - all interactions were handled by a remote connection to a person on a monitor/TV.

We arrived a day early so booked an additional night. The person checking us in (on the monitor) assured us that we wouldn't have to move rooms for our follow-on, original reservation. But the next day we were told we'd have to pay an early check-in fee for our original reservation. To avoid the early check in fee, we had to move out of our room and check back in again a few hours later. Crazy.

We won't be staying there again.
Pros:

Location is within a few miles of the speedway race track. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Toilet seat was loose, sliding all around. Mini-refrigerator had about 2" inches of frost/ice. We had to defrost it to use it. The bathroom fan didn't work. The desk chair was missing. When we asked for a desk chair, we were told desk chairs were scarce and not all rooms had them. Unpleasant, rude staff member at front desk.

The room had space and the bed was comfortable

Cons:

They have a screen to check in, not a human at the window. The walls were thin and all the noise would carry. A hotel worker was sweeping the floor at 1:45 am in the morning and the noise carried well into our room and she was talking loudly to guest in the hallway. There was no shelf of any kind in the shower to sit bars of soap or shampoo bottles. And they only provided 2 pillows for a king size bed and had no extras available. Way overpriced for what we received.

unless it's Indy 500 weekend and or you just need a place to sleep, its just ok. nothing special.
Pros:

it was close to the race track. It was a place to stay. that's it.

Cons:

check in staff was on a computer. the place was a bit run down. the mini fridge had rust on the inside.

The location was good for the race but the room was overpriced. It’s worth $100 a night not the $260 I paid.

The check-in was on a video screen and I couldn’t understand the person on the screen. I asked for towels because I wasn’t issued a full size towel. I also asked for a pillow and blanket. There wasn’t a blanket on either queen bed. I was told they had no pillows, towels or blankets!
Be careful in the parking lot because you could lose your car in a pothole!
