A comfortable, welcoming stay with wonderful staff, great food, and a hotel we’ll absolutely return.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had fantastic water pressure. Overall, the room felt cozy and relaxing, and we slept really well during our stay. The pool looked nice but we didn't use it.

Cons:

There really wasn’t much we didn’t like. The blankets were a little thinner than I prefer, the bath products had a scent that reminded me more of household cleaner than something I’d want to use on myself, and the towels were oddly not very absorbent. It felt like they moved the water around more than they actually dried you off. These were all minor things, though, and none would keep us from staying again.

We love staying at the Kendrick because the beds are so comfortable. The massaging showerheads are therapeutic.
Pros:

The staff are exceptionally professional, well informed about the hotel and local culture, events and shopping resources. The property is clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The entire staff was kind. our room was very clean

Cons:

We ate at the restaurant the facility and they had a strange charge on our dinner bill called FMW 13% fee called the Flagstaff minimum wage fee … we didn’t appreciate an additional fee added to our tab to pay our servers minimum wage fee for that particular restaurant we were told that not every restaurant does this only certain ones due and I just think it was really crappy.
