The Kendrick Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel

The bed was comfy.

We stayed in a king suite and the room was spacious but I'm not sure I would consider it a suite. The room itself was fine and was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The issue I had was the couch they had in the room was disgusting, I'm not sure what was on it but it wasn't good. We had to put towels on it to sit down because I was not sitting on it the way it was. This place would have gotten a 4 star had the couch been clean.

We stopped there to use the restaurant, which was very good.
The hotel was attached and we ended up staying the night, they had a good price
and the rooms where very clean and comfortable. The service of the staff was very good, would stay again.

My stay was top notch! My husband agreed as well and we are excited to book again for future family outings. I quite enjoyed our room, the bed was so comfy that my 3 month old slept through the night without a fuss. I really liked the in room Keurig machine as well. Front desk clerks were very helpful and knowledgeable with the questions we had, they helped us book another night for our trip quickly and easily. The room was very clean, nary a scuff mark or spill missed, the attention to detail was remarkable. The price was pretty good as well, especially for a last minute reservation. The hotel's location is very nice as well, it's fairly quick and easy to get on/off the freeway to get to local shopping centres/eateries. I quite enjoyed the atmosphere as well, there was hardly any noise from our neighbors, either direct neighbors or adjacent neighbours. Leaving the best for last, the adjoining restaurant onsite, The Northern Pines, is also worth the patronage. I enjoyed the meals and experiences I had there. Their servers were very kind and knowledgeable about their menu items. I will most definitely stay again before the years end. Thanks again!

The bed was comfy. The pool was awesome. Close to restaurants and stores.

While the beds were rather soft for someone like me with a bad back, the room was otherwise very nice. The staff however was outstanding, very helpful and kind. I forgot an item in my room and they got it overnighted to my house the day I called. Excellent staff, I appreciate you!

Very clean very quiet establishment. Ten out of Ten. We recommend. I will stay there again if I need to stay in Flagstaff overnight.

Really enjoyed the large sitting area with the high bar and chairs just outside our room to have a glass of wine and something to eat. Nice touch, which allows people to get out of their room and have some more space.
And the guy at the front desk suggested the Majestic marketplace. Wow, haven’t ever seen that many beers in one place!

Would stay there again.
