Friendly staff, but the building is just too poorly built
Pros:

staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

the walls and ceilings are way too thin - we can hear every single conversation the next door neighbor has; when the people upstairs walk, our bed shakes.. we didn't sleep well at all

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. But the restaurant next door was AMAZING. Staff at both places was delightful.

The coffee maker in the lobby - TO DIE FOR. :)

Enjoyed but the not inconvenient plumbing issues.

I liked the rooms that was perfectly fine

Cons:

I had two rooms, we had to move several times due to plumbing issues. Each time I had to get new room keys and it was a disaster and inconvenient to have to walk up and down from the rooms to the front desk. We also had to move all our belongings. The toilets got backed up in both the rooms so we had to move. You would think that a discount would be applied but it wasn’t.

Pros:

The room was excellent — very clean, quiet, and comfortably furnished with a modern, well-designed look. Jack at the front desk was especially friendly and welcoming, which made check-in a pleasant experience.

We also enjoyed the nearby restaurant, which was very good and even offered a discount for hotel guests. The pool and Jacuzzi were fantastic and made for an overall relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Pros:

The room was nice and clean, beds were comfy

Cons:

The view from our balcony room. We got to stare at the back of the check in area of the building. You should charge less for balcony rooms facing the ugly building
