Pros:

An absolute lovely hotel in a excellent location. We didn't have air conditioning and apparently, that is the norm in Scotland. However, we outsiders do not know that air con is not standard. I may have missed it when booking but perhaps putting it in bold so we know there isn't airconditioning. I will say though, the staff was extremely accommodating- they brought me a portable one the minute I brought my concern to them.

Cons:

No view from our room but that's ok. It's expected.
No air con.

מלון מצויין ובמיקום מעולה.
Pros:

המיקום היה מעולה והחדר היה מרווח מאוד.
המיטה מאוד נוחה, ותודה לצוות המלון שסידר לנו מיטה זוגית בחדר.

Cons:

בחדר לא היה מזגן, ורק בדיעבד הבנתי שהחדר שהזמנתי הוא ללא מזגן. לכן אני לא מדרג נמוך את החדר.

Posizione molto comoda e centrale. Ben servita.stanza comoda per spazio e servizi.presente teiera elettrica con the e caffè , frigo,e in bagno ottimi dispencer di shampoo doccia schiuma e crema corpo.ottimo il distributore di acqua al piano

Cons:

Migliorerei la colazione. Cornetti e brioche erano completamente freddi e non vi era modo di scaldarli. Darei la possibilità anche di yogurt greco.
Migliorerei le parti in comune che danno idea di hotel trasandato x nulla in linea con le stanze che sono invece ben curate

Schöne Zimmer. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt neben dem Hotel ( kameraüberwacht)
Zentrale Lage.

Cons:

In der ersten Nacht gab es einen Feueralarm, der sich als falscher Alarm entpuppte. Keine Infos, keine nachträglichen Erklärungen. Das beanstanden wir sehr.

great location in the city center
Pros:

location, location, location. Grassmarket is the perfect place in the city center for a first visit to Edinburgh.

Cons:

breakfast would have been quite expensive, bakeries nearby do not open before 7:30

posizione ottima, colazione buona e varia, ma con prodotti un po' standard

Cons:

avendo visto altri apex, direi che questo ha bisogno di un restyling, camera caldissima e finestre come sempre sbarrate, c'erano degli inutili convettori portatili nei corridoi
