Overall, the stay was disappointing due to the issues I experienced on the first night and the lack of follow-up regardi

Cons:

On the first night, I was given a standard room instead of the suite I had booked. The hotel acknowledged the issue and advised me that the rate for the first night would be reduced as compensation. However, I have not received the adjustment or any confirmation regarding the refund so far. This was disappointing, especially as the issue affected the beginning of my stay

Pros:

Excellent location, very close to all important places of interest. Rooms were comfortable.

Cons:

Very noisy room , there was no wall insulation. Room had a continuous noise possibly from an external A/C unit. All the amenities were in the other Apex hotel and there was no interconnection between the two hotels. Breakfast had only a few choices and it was at an extra price (!) of 15 pounds if you were about to choose from the buffet or 19 pounds if you were about to choose from an à la cart menu , where you had to choose only one option.

Bonne situation géographique
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé à proximité de la vieille ville. Dispose d'un parking.
Buffet pour le petit déjeuner, évite d'attendre....

Cons:

L'isolation des chambres n'est pas suffisante, on entend le bruit des extracteurs qui sont dans la cour. mais il vaut mieux être sur l'arrière que je suppose que sur la rue, c'est bruyant car beaucoup de restaurants à proximité.

La ubicación muy céntrico.
El desayuno fabuloso. Te dan una carta para que elijas y te lo hacen en el momento, además de coger del buffet si quieres.

Overall very good, would recommend.
Pros:

Very nice hotel, quiet, clean, very comfy bed and duvet. We got a voucher for 20% off food and drink in the sister hotel and we ate there twice and found the food very nice, good service and a good deal with the discount. Very close to the Castle and the Royal mile just a few minutes walk. There are a lot of bars/restaurants also with outside seating (weather permitting) right outside the hotel.

Cons:

There is no bar and restaurant in this building - you have to go 2 doors down to the sister hotel. Only breakfast is served within this building.
While the location is great so close to the Royal Mile etc - the walk up a hill - Victoria Street I think it is called is quite steep and jammed with tourists as its a very popular area.

Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean, there was a wide variety of options for breakfast although there didn't seem to be any option for gluten free

Cons:

The price was a little high so expected a little more luxury than I got, for 2 nights I paid the same price as a family holiday for a week so did expect more
