El mejor hotel en Praga, Kristina de recepción la mejor!
Pros:

Para empezar, el servicio y amabilidad de Kristina de recepción fue excepcional, realmente muy linda y amable para explicarnos todo, nos quedamos por nuestro aniversario y todo fue perfecto, nos hicieron un upgrade gratuito y la habitación hermosa. La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, cerca a todo, y muchas tiendas bonitas. El desayuno buffet súper variado y rico, lo voy a recomendar con todos mis amigos y de todas maneras volvería a reservar si regreso. Felicitaciones

Cons:

que la escalera final hacia mi cuarto sea tan angosta, para una persona mayor, pensando en venir con mi papás mas adelante, creo que seria un poco peligroso, pero me imagino nos ubicarían en un piso mas abajo. Es lo único, todo lo demás, perfecto.

Traumhaftes Hotel in wunderschöner Lage
Pros:

Wir waren zum 2.Mal im Hotel Neruda.
Die Lage ist absolut phantastisch. Man ist nur einen Katzensprung von der Prager Burg und einer bombastischen Sicht auf Prag entfernt. Die Umgebung hat Charme, ist ruhig gelegen und dennoch an den ÖVPN angebunden. Für körperlich Beeinträchtigte könnte es logistisch jedoch schwierig werden, da das Hotel am Hang liegt.
Das Hotel selbst besteht aus mehreren Häusern die innerlich miteinander verbunden sind.
Die Inneneinrichtung des Hotels ist modern und hochwertig gestaltet. Es wird mit viel Liebe zum Detail eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre für die Gäste geschaffen (frische Blumen in den Gängen, Musik, Duftstäbchen, kostenloses Wasser zum Mitnehmen...). Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich und auch da versucht man an alles zu denken, vom frisch gepressten Orangensaft über Sekt bis hin zu warmen Speisen, Lachs, Kuchen und vielerlei Käsesorten. Für jeden ist etwas dabei, sogar glutenfreie Backwaren sind vorhanden.
Die Angestellten sind alle nett und zuvorkommend. Man hat den Eindruck, dass die Mitarbeiter gerne dort arbeiten 😉.
In der 3. Etage wartet eine Sonnenterrasse mit Stühlen & Tischen, Kräutertöpfen und Blumen auf die Gäste. Außerdem steht dort ein Wasserspender für den kleinen Durst zur Verfügung.
Wir sind absolut zufrieden mit dem Gesamtpaket gewesen und kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Es gibt 2 Innenhöfe. In einem davon ist steht eine recht laute Lüftungsanlage. Wenn man ein Zimmer dort hat, ist der Zauber des Hotels nicht ganz so deutlich spürbar.

Een gezellig en compact boetiekhotel met een huiselijke sfeer vlakbij de Praagse Burcht, gelegen in een rustige straat. Heel verzorgd en ruim ontbijt, en ook een gratis waterflesje en fruit voor wie erop uit trekt.

Cons:

te krappe kleerkast op de kamer zonder opbergvakken of laden. Ook het kluisje is aan de kleine kant waardoor er geen plaats is voor bijv. een wat grotere tablet
