Pros:

The room is very small and uncomfortable. The location is ok but not for the amount we paid

Hôtel agréable, bien placé, propre, très bon petit déjeuner.
Pros:

Hôtel agréable dans un immeuble ancien avec un certain charme, emplacement au calme et central, près des transports si nécessaire car une partie de l’exploration de la ville se fait à pieds. Le personnel est avenant, l’établissement est très propre. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien avec du choix et des nouveautés chaque jour.

Très bonne hôtel qui mérite ces 4 étoiles
Pros:

L’emplacement central, la propreté de la chambre et des parties communes, la gentillesse du personnel le buffet du petit déjeuner

Cons:

Tout petit bémol : manque un petit meuble ou étagère dans la salle de bain pour poser les affaires de toilette et les rideaux pas assez occultant avec un soleil qui se lève à 5h

Nice place but loud at night.
Pros:

It was super clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpfulz and we're accommodating to requests I had made. The room was generally well provisioned and facilities were good. Breakfast was good too.

Cons:

The room was very small and got quite hot. There was no air con, therefore I had to open the window. The hotel is right opposite a British pub, so it was loud at night and into the early morning, even with ear plugs. The bed is also rock hard, which some people might like, but wasn't to my preference.

Das Hotel wirbt mit Parkmöglichkeit in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage. Deshalb haben wir das Hotel gebucht. Leider ste,lte sich vor Ort heraus, das u ser Auto wegen seiner Größe (normaler SUV) dort nicht einfahren konnte. Das war sehrärgerlich, da es schier unmöglich war, das Auto irgendwo ander unterzu bringen.

Perfeitamente agradável, assim como passear pela linda Praga.
Pros:

Cafe da manhã com muitas opções, banheira no quarto, permitindo relaxar depois de muita caminhada. Muito próximo dos transportes.

Internet falhava um pouco no quarto.
