The hotel is very clean, the staff is very helpful and polite. Our room was clean, with comfortable beds and the breakfast was very good, with plenty to choose from. Coffee was very good as well. Definitely a hotel to book again if we return to Prague.

We were "upgraded" to a different room, apparently because I had requested a room on a higher floor as we aren't comfortable on the ground floor. This put us on the 4th floor instead of 3rd.....had I been asked I would have kept the original room type which was more suitable for a couple.
Das Hotel liegt in klasse zentraler Lage, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen. Es ist alles nicht weit vom Hotel aus entfernt. Das Frühstück war super, das Personal sehr fleißig. Parkplatz unbedingt dazu buchen, in der City gibt es nur wenige Möglichkeiten. Prag ist immer eine Reise wert !

Rooms were very clean
It is a quaint hotel in a really good location. The breakfast was great and having a cosy bar and courtyard were definitely appreciated.
I didn’t like the bed. My mattress had a dip in the middle and wasn’t comfortable. It seems to be an Eastern European thing that you have 2 single doonas for a king bed instead of one king doona which would have been preferable.
Then position was excellent, close to the river and the old town square.
The hotel is a quirky old building full of lovely touches.
there is an excellent breakfast buffet.
Best of all -the staff.Everyone was really friendly and helpful.
The bar was a wonderful place to relax and chat and had many original touches.
Have to mention Matty in the bravery friendly with a wry sense of humour.
The room was small but that was due to the age and nature of the building.

Perfect location with all attractions in walking distance. Twin bedded room overlooking rear courtyard, Comfortable bed. Room very clean, bathroom spotless. The room was immediately at top of stairs but still quiet with no noise.
Great buffet breakfast with numerous hot and cold choices available. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Nice bar area with access to courtyard tables and chairs.
Pillows a little bit hard, room a little small with only one bedside table so no drawer for 2nd persons bits. All pretty minor things which did not hamper our stay as we did not spend much time in the room.

The hotel is well located to explore Prague. The Charles bridge and the Old Square are withing walking distance and there is access to the Tram network, just around the corner, inside a shopping mall. If you need, inside the mall there is Billa, a large supermarket. The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and professional. The room was well kept, and the bed was very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was excellent with many options in a charming environment. This hotel is a very good option for you stay in Prague!
