Realmente no lo recomiendo, no vale el nombre HILTON

El gimnasio está muy bien y me gustó el shop al lado de la recepción

Realmente fue muy mala estadía, muy decepcionante.
Llegamos a las 2 am de la mañana y la habitación no tenía ni la cuna para mi bebé ni el sillón cama tendido. Solo ahbía una persona en todo el hotel la cual fue muy ruda a nuestros pedidos que basicamente era que nos armen el sillón cama y nos pongan una cuna y la balnquería para ponerla. Vuelvo a recordar que eran las 2 am y estábamos con un bebé de 1 año.
Me dio una cuna que estaba rota, le dije que estaba rota si me podía cambiar por otra y de muy mala manera diciéndome "te doy otra, pero va a ser lo mismo que la anterior" lo cual después de insistirle no fue así porque la anterior estaba rota. Me dio una blanquería de 2 plazas para una cuna, la cual tuvimos que pner nosotros mismos.
En cuanto al sillón cama me decía y me repetia que ellos no hacía la cama del sillón cama, que se la tiene que hacer el huesped, en un HILTON me contestaron eso. Sabiendo que eramos 3 personas que sacamos una habitaci´øn con una cama doble y un sillón cama, no se donde pensaban que iba a dormir la tercer persona.
Le dije que por favor, por el horario, que nos pueda dar otra habitación así podíamos dormir tranquilos sin tener que hacernos nosotros mismos la cama a las 2 am y con un bebé de 1 año.
Me decía que eso era imposible.
Y además es realmente muy incómodo el colchón del sofa cama.
Nos ofreció desayuno gratis para las dos mañanas que estábamos.

Great stay !
Pros:

The location was great. I specifically booked at that hotel because an event I was attending was being held there. The hotel was clean and the staff was very welcoming. There was a nice lobby sundries shop, as well as a full service restaurant near the property. The food was delicious. The room was clean and spacious.

Cons:

The room was not well lit, I turned on all the lights and it was still dark.

Very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The staff was very good, and my families enjoyed the hotel amenities like the pool, gym and the restaurant for breakfast. We would stay here again!!

We were very thankful for the lodging - all in All

We stayed two nights - First night was rough , much beyond the hotels fault - brutal winter storm , totaly unplowed - or salted - till next early afternoon - shower had meager at best water pressure- couch cushion flipped upside down , when I went to flip over I reslized why - damaged - Then just as We were heading down for breakfast - not included, the fire alarms rang. Wildly down 4th floor hallway - as everywhere - We were ready to vacate in a hurry when housekeeper told us it was fire in kitchen - that all is ok - we then saw two firetrucks appear - soon they were gone - maybe 30 minutes later - but the smell of burnt toast or whatever lingered a goodwhile - the second night went much better - they plowed and salted walkways thoroughly -Obviously for a major event that night / - so first night rough - second night better - but water pressure in shower was horrid

Ok, but not nice
Pros:

Holiday inn express serves a better blast for nothing. The meal was ok, the staff tried, but you could at least offer comp coffee

Cons:

The hotel looked tired. Carpet needs upgrade, pool needs better lighting and care, I had to find an employee to give me coffee pods for the room.

Mostly a great stay
Pros:

Outside of the handicapped room all was comfortable

Cons:

Handicapped room ,I was only handicapped with walking if wheelchair it would be very hard to shower. Seat ,yes, but water pressure was not great , there was a hand held shower head but a wheelchair person could not reach it
My suggestion make a Handicapped room a walking shower this would truly be a great ,enjoyable shower for someone with wheelchair

Pros:

We stayed while we were in town for a wedding. The hotel was perfect! Easy check in and check out. Room was very clean and housekeeping was amazing. We will definitely stay again when we are nack in town.
