Very clean, comfy, shuttle to casino very convenient! Staff is exceptionally friendly. I forgot a dress in the closet and they held it for me to come back next day.

Shuttle service to Casini was great. Driver was profesional and courteous. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The bed and air quality were very good.
Breakfast offered was minimal and not enough space to sit and eat. Bedsheet and towel were dirty--stained and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty.
The front desk lady that checked me in was rude and unfriendly.
The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. No fridge or microwave in rooms. There was a microwave in the common area for use if needed. No one was available at front desk to give me a receipt upon check out. Housekeeping employees called around to find someone hopefully. I left to get breakfast to take with me on the road, came back and they had someone at the front desk to give me a receipt. It set me back in my travel time having to wait for an employee to come in. The location is good and easy to find.
