Convenient loction, clean and basic. The booking problems was very frustrating.
Pros:

Room was clean and location excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful albeit with limitations.

Cons:

There was no record of our reservsation through Booking.com, even though I had the reservsation and confirmaiton number for the exact date. They said it was Booking.com's problem but when I followed up with Booking.com I was told it as Microtel's problem. They secured a room for me but if I am double charged it becomes my headache. Also, the breakfast very lackluster. Coffee not too good.

Cons:

I didn’t like desk clerk,he seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing! The shuttle service was horrible! They said the shuttle ran every 20-30 minutes to and from the casino and we ended up waiting an hour and a half for the shuttle to come pick us up,we weren’t the only ones waiting either! The breakfast in the morning was disappointing,everything was frozen and the coffee tasted like the system hadn’t been cleaned in ages!! In our room,the light switch for the lights over the by the window was up above the bed and every time you put your hand under your pillow or moved the pillow the lights came on!! Tough to sleep!!! I will not be staying or recommending this place ever again!! Definitely not worth the money!!!!!!

Good stay for the money overall
Pros:

The room was kind of tiny but good enough for 2 of us. Breakfast was good with a pancake machine and omelets (served cold and you just need to heat it up in the microwave).

Cons:

Towel service is only every 3 days. Should be every other day at least.
The lady at the breakfast room was quite mean. I got yelled at for asking for forks.. lol
