Excellent room, staff, breakfast and location
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful , breakfast was excellent with so much choice and the location couldn’t be better, literally a 2 min stroll to the main square. Aircon in the room was a real bonus in the heatwave we experienced whilst there.

The location and the friendly Ness of the staff.

Very central for our needs

Cons:

The price we were charged when booked we asked for breakfast but wasn't applied. Then, when we got it sorted, we were told €26.50 per room per night. When we arrived, we had to pay another €397.for 2nd days breakfast.

Hotel 100%
Pros:

The hotel location was right near the Town Centre ,with restaurants and bars and shops .The facilities in hotel were very good and very clean .

Cons:

Parking was a bit of an issue as we arrived on Motorbikes,we managed to park out the front in the Bus bay and covered our bikes.The bar in hotel had a very limited choice of beers and not many spirits .

Great staff - good food - rooms were adequate but no A/C
Pros:

Staff were terriffic - breakfast was excellent - rooms were "adequate" but A/C simply didn't work. Bed was not particularly comfortable but served its purpose. Location was great - two blocks from Menen Gate.

Cons:

As noted, A/C was totally inadequate - room was hot and impossible to cool down despite the A/C cycling on and off constantly. Bed wasn't particularly comfortable. Parking wasn't particularly convenient.

Excellent location & enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Location , friendly staff , comfortable clean room & great breakfast buffet .

Cons:

The outdoor courtyard area was very dirty with full ashtrays & litter around .We arrived at midday & sat here with our lunch . First impression was not great but all other areas were fine.

Amazing! Loved Ypres!
Pros:

Close to the square with all the restaurants. I loved the poppy theme in the rooms. A thunderstorm rolled in and they kindly gave us umbrellas so we could walk to the Menin gate, which was around the corner.

Crentral location and first class facilities
Pros:

Great location in modern hotel. Very clean. Staff helpful and pleasant. Don't use Indigo underground car park (24Euros), if there is space on the car park outside the church at the dude if the hotel it is only 2 euros for 24 hours. ( The receptionist kindly informed us of this).

Always a lovely and comfortable stay. Highly recommend
Pros:

This is our third trip to this hotel for our motorbike tours and the rooms have always been nice. Comfy bed and rooms. Plenty of space. Lovely and clean. We always know everything will be fine here and the staff are lovely.

Cons:

Couldn’t open the shower door properly as it clashes with the rainfall shower head. Could do with a couple of inches chopped off the top.
