una. Muy buena estancia con un maravilloso equipo de trabajadores del Hotel con gran amabilidad.

podría haber habido alguna botellita de agua en la habitación. Había al parecer un dispensador de agua, pero yo soy una persona invidente, parcial y no pude usarlo

Deben asegurar el silencio en las habitaciones

El personal y la limpieza es impecable, es la segunda vez que me quedo.

Cons:

Pedí una habitación silenciosa, y la verdad que el recepcionista cumplió en parte que me puso en la última planta, pero creo que no se dio cuenta, que estaba cerca del ascensor y algo se oía, además de que la habitación tenía conexión con otra habitación, separada por dos puertas trancadas, pero al fin y al cabo, escuchaba a la persona hablando por teléfono y demás ruidos, resulto algo incómodo.

LLegamos de un viaje desde Buenos Aires y queríamos descansar, fue imposible por culpa del calor

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado, tuvimos que reclamar hasta 3 veces para que nos cambiasen de habitación, pasaron casi 3 horas y estábamos sudando del calor que había y la respuesta de la persona de recepción es que en la se estaba bien y que las habitaciones de al lado no se quejaban.
Tampoco funcionaba el minibar para poder tener agua fresca, la respuesta fue que en el pasillo había surtidores,..., pagamos por un hotel 4 estrellas que dan servicio de hostal, una lástima. Eso sí, el precio inflado...
La habitación era un pet friendly que se supone que tiene un regalo que nunca nos dieron (y así lo publicitan), la actitud de la persona de recepción era penosa, desagradable y prepotente.
