Fantastic overnight stay, very clean and comfortable
Pros:

Great hotel, very easy to find, very clean a the staff as others have said were super friendly to us and the dogs. The hotel is in a nice part of Madrid

En nuestro caso hicimos noche. Buscábamos hotel accesible al centro de Madrid y cercano a la salida de la A1 y salida a la A3.. El hotel está muy bien, las camas estupendas y todo nuevo. Autobús en la puerta para ir al centro de Madrid, parada de metro a unos 10 minutos andando.. Descansamos estupendamente y todo nuevo

Cons:

Por poner una pega el desayuno podría mejorar, pero está bien. Muy recomendable el hotel

An unpleasant stay :(
Pros:

The only thing that I liked about the hotel was how the reception looked. It was pleasant.

Cons:

The room was dirty, full of hair. The receptionists lacked basic greetings, did not greet neither me nor my sister.

I’ve booked this hotel based on the reviews as they were very positive, but I would not recommend to stay here. I ended up staying just one night even though I booked to for 5 nights.

The location is not ideal if you want to quickly go and grab something to eat or do something nearby unless you are willing to take transportation.
