Buen hotel, pero mejorable
Pros:

El personal de recepción con quien hablamos fue amable y profesional. El hotel tiene una parada de bus justo al lado, lo que nos facilitó mucho el transporte. El desayuno estaba correcto y variado.

Cons:

Reservamos para 3 habitaciones y avisamos que una necesitaba cuna, pues íbamos con un bebe. Al llegar al hotel, preguntamos si lo habían tenido en cuenta, y nos dijeron que sí; al llegar a la habitación no había cuna.
Al meter a nuestra hija de 2 años en la ducha/bañera, todo fueron caídas y resbalones. Al quejarnos en recepción, nos dijeron que no habían tratado la ducha con el producto adecuado (nosotros lo solucionamos en el momento con una toalla). Esto de por sí ya es inadmisible, pues si no llega a ser que la teníamos medio cogida, la primera caída hubiera podido ser grave.

Un fin de semana muy especial
Pros:

El desayuno muy bien, con poca variedad pero bien, el personal un poco desbordado porque si es cierto que había mucha ocupación, pero en líneas generales muy bien.

Cons:

La verdad que no tenemos nada que decir en cuanto a lo que no nos gusto, estuvo todo muy bien. Personal, limpieza, servicios, la ubicación quizás sería lo único pero tienes una parada de guaguas al salir con las líneas 16 y 150 que con un montón de conexiones para llegar al centro.
