Pros:

Le personnel est très sympathique et agréable échange avec eux. La chambre était propre et superbe. Le petit-déjeuner proposait une multitude de choix différents et des spécialités du pays, très bon.

Pros:

Good location, approximately 40 mins walking distance to Santiago Bernabéu. Hotel also offers complimentary water fountains in every floor.

Cons:

Room was dirty with hair from the previous guest in the bathroom, shower, bedroom. The gym facility is extremely small and has almost no equipment. Not a great value for money for a hotel that says it's 4-stars.

Fair stay but very far form the city center/ metro station/ train station.
Pros:

There was nothing special about the hotel. It was a fair stay at a 4* hotel. The room was big and very clean. The shower was very nice and a lot of pressure.

Cons:

The hotel is far from everything: over 20-minute walk from the Cercanías station The bus stop outside the hotel is served only every 20–30 minutes. The nearest metro line is also inconvenient: you have to change trains three times to reach the city center at Sol. (@1 hour)

If you arrive late, there’s nowhere nearby to get food. There’s no minibar in the room or vending machine in the lobby, and no shops nearby.

The breakfast is quite basic.

There was no body lotion in the bathroom.

Will certain stay again when if visiting Madrid.
Pros:

The room was excellent, staff at reception friendly. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Metro 10min walk and bus to the centre outside the hotel.
