Sehr freundliches Personal, zentrale Lage

Cons:

Frühstück kontinental aber es könnte bei X Nächten eine Abwechslung vertragen, zb frisches porridge/richtiges Hafermüsli/ pancake/Pfannkuchen, oder..... Käse,Schinken Auswahl ebenfalls mal erweitern oder abwechseln....
Betten für 4 Personen waren uns zu klein und nicht gemütlich, Fenster können nicht geöffnet/gekippt werden, Luftaustausch erfolgt durch die klappernde Klimaanlage
Quasi keine Möglichkeit für Kleider zu verstauen oder aufzuhängen.
Unser Zimmer hatte schon einen recht "gebrauchten Zustand"
Lounge nur für "members" , wirklich schade, man muss dann in die Bar abweichen.

Convenient Hotel with easy transitions to train stations
Pros:

This is basic modern hotel, big, long corridors, clean and comfortable room. Biggest advantage is its location - you will be close to all train stations, subway and other central London locations.

Cons:

It lacks and charm - functional business like place.

Lovely hotel, about 15 mins walk from tube. Friendly staff. They gave us extra fans in our room and allowed a late check out. Check out the pub across the road - food is outstanding

Mice for breakfast and inedible food does not seem to be a considerable issue for the management.

Spacious and comfortable rooms

Cons:

Having vermin running in the breakfast area and serving inebile food. Staff taking this lightly and offering a pittance as compensation for not being able to eat breakfast for 2 days due to these ordeals. We were given £28 for 2 days for a family of 4 when we had to pay much more At the same time their breakfast rate on booking.com was €29 (£25) per adult per night during the same time.
