Bardzo udany tygodniowy pobyt z rodziną!
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Nie słychać hałasów z ulicy, ani z sąsiednich pokoi. Powtarzalne, ale bardzo dobre śniadania i brak ścisku w restauracji. Przy następnej okazji na pewno zatrzymam się w tym hotelu.

Quartos limpos, café da manhã muito bom, chuveiro muito bom , camas boas , só o ar condicipnado que não estava esgriando direito, mas no geral o hotel é muito bom e bonito

Nice hotel but quite a distance from public transport.
Pros:

The hotel staff were very helpful and the rooms were comfortable apart from the air conditioning which didn’t work. It made the room very uncomfortable.
The breakfast was really nice with lots of choice.

Cons:

Poor air conditioning which made the room very uncomfortable, the staff tried their best to fix it and moved us to another room which unfortunately was no better. I did however get a fan in the end which made things a little more bearable.
The location of the hotel was not ideal with no tube or bus stop close by, the closest tube was 10- 15 minute walk away which was difficult with a suitcase.

You need better staff. Or customer service training.
Pros:

Room was comfortable. Good bed.

Cons:

Reception was so dismissive and not helpful. I was asking for a parcel and they checked quickly and then dismissed me. Had to argue with the male supervisor and look inside their warehouse and my parcel was right there.

Abu of check in was very very helpful though.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Staff were lovely. The bedroom was spacious for a london hotel. The shower was great, with option of rain shower or standard head even had a seat. The bed were very comfortable, slept well which I don't usual when away. Overall decor of room and hotel was lovely. Breakfast is 7-11, was well stocked, and tasted good. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Didn't like the mirror in the shower, but personal opinion.

I would stay again.
Pros:

No breakfast, I left at 5 am so too early to have breakfast. Great location. Lovely staff on reception. Quiet room. Safe as a women travelling alone. Room felt spacious.

Cons:

Pillows were hard and didn’t offer support. No complimentary water in room. No tea or coffee although reception said there would be. Otherwise all good.

Pros:

Todo perfecto, la habitación doble premium muy confortable,camas bien. Super atentos en todo momento, en recepción llegamos muy temprano y aún así nos dieron la habitación, Awani super amable un 10. Cerca de King Cross y para moverse buses cercanos,recomendable!
