This was our first visit to the Crowne Plaza at Kings Cross. We arrived slightly earlier than check-in but were greeted by very friendly staff and our room was ready for us. Our stay was for three nights and each day we ate in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. We can highly recommend the food in the restaurant especially the curry and lasagne. Breakfast was busy but there were plenty of staff replacing empty food stations. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, all the staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is within walking distance of most attractions. A special mention to Emmy, our restaurant waitress, who served us throughout our stay. She is a treasure. Also to be mentioned is the superb taxi service offered from reception. We waited no longer than 5 minutes each time we requested a taxi. In conclusion we would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend a stay at the Crowne Plaze, Kings Cross.
Abu at check in was brilliant, very helpful and had room ready early for us. This was an appreciated touch after a long journey to London.
The location is good, if a bit of a walk from the train. Plenty bars and cafes nearby. With good bus links to the city.

Mal dimensionats per la mida de l’hotel els ascensors (pocs, petits i, per tant, has d’esperar molt per poder pujar i quan arriben van plens,…)
També caldria millorar la part de l’esmorzar. Per la mida de l’hotel a totes hores queda molt ple, és estret i només hi ha una zona per anar a buscar el menjar.

Lifts a bit too small for a busy hotel and waiting for one was taking some time.
Everything about the hotel is perfect, Mr.Shine at the breakfast restoran is very polite and gave us information all we needed...we will come in this hotel again for sure!

Grote van de kamer, grote van het bed, bed opzich, douche deur piepte, wc bleef doorspoelen
Hadden kamer met tussendeur naar een andere kamer. Zeer gehorig vanuit andere kamer.
Kamer zeer klein, zelfs geen ruimte om koffers uit te pakken.
I won’t be staying there again.
The air conditioning in the room did not work. The door knob on the bathroom
Door kept falling off. There was no cold water coming out of the cold water tap in the bathroom
Sink. The toilet didn’t flush properly and made running water noises constantly.
