Wifi was terribly slow
TV didn’t work. Staff never showed up to fix it.
Towels were very rough and one shredded.
Toilet was backed up and staff handed us a toilet plunger and left. Didn’t work BTW.
In the middle of the night we were woken to a loud noise from our bathroom sink plumbing. Went on for about a minute then shut off.
Breakfast food was ALL cold even the coffee was Luke warm.
Terrible experience!!
Parking was fine. Room layout was nice. Bed was comfortable. All ruined by the above issues.
