Good location only.
Pros:

Location is great, walking distance to everything, shops, cafes and mall. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The walls are PAPER THIN, no soundproofing at all. Can hear every footstep and thump from the rooms above your own and through the walls to the rooms beside you. Tv and chatter heard clearly. No sleeping in unfortunately at this hotel, was woken early every day due to loud room guests. Toilet wasn't clean upon arrival either. Disappointing and uncomfortable to relax in.

Pleasant for a short stay
Pros:

The location was good, staff very friendly and welcoming. Buffet breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

The shower in the bath was very awkward for us as we are elderly. The building and facilities are old and dated.

It was comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

Location was perfect as it was chosen particularly with attendence at a show the purpose of our visit. The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was excellent. We ate at in house restaurant which was excellent and staff on arrival were pleasant and helpful. We requested ice which was delivered quickly and plentifully.

Cons:

Limited choice of tea: only plain black, no decaffeinated, green or herbal. The only glasses supplied were small ones, more like bathroom tumblers, we asked for some tall drinking glasses which were not available at reception. It was also very noisy: our rooms were situated on the car park side of the hotel so we could the hear entry of all the late night returning guests.

Pros:

Breakfast bland. Pricey for what we had. Otherwise cleaning staff were friendly.location good.

Cons:

One reception lady was bit rude especially to my niece who was trying to reach me for emergency. Nir friendly or smiling often ignored or no smile when greeting. The male staff at reception are very friendly and professional.
