No window safety
Staff tried to come in our room without announcing and told us to check out even though it wasn’t our check out day.

Great location , clean rooms
One of the cleaning staff knocked on my door 10 minutes before the actual check out and ask me when I want to leave the room because they need to clean . I wasn’t happy with that as I wasn’t ready . That wasn’t very professional.
Very clean, comfortable bed, breakfast to die for.
The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff were very welcoming.
The main water pipes were extremely noisy, from around 5am each morning. It may have been from one of the rooms next to us.

Someone’s, I presumed used, underwear was in the room on our arrival.

The staff were not friendly at all , they don’t even smile. Had to pay for parking , the rooms were not sound proof and had to stay up all night due to noise from the room next to us .
Staff are nice but need some training ,they were discussing a couples room that needed to be checked when they checked out in front of other guests while other guests waited to be checked in . The conversation was inappropriate for reception in front of guests .
