Struggling to be a 3 star property. Poor value for money.

I felt I was overcharged, I was given a discount by the booking co. But it didn’t show up when booking in to hotel
Pros:

Central, very comfortable bed, warm, clean.

Cons:

Paying for parking and then no parking places available. Sat in car for 20 minutes waiting fora place to become available eventually used the disabled spot, I am over 80 so thought that was ok.

Cons:

Hair and previous person pimple patch in bathroom behind the door, shower pressure was terrible hardly washed us. Also paid for parking only to not get a park and had to park 500m away and walk at night (mother and daughter, didn’t feel safe)

Good hotel for our short stay, nothing fancy but good value for money

Always going to come back.

Appreciated information given as requested and swift follow up of inquiries.

Cons:

I have no complaints. We chose to avoid house cleaning and at times had to request additional towels, toilet paper and rubbish bags but this was by our choice and not a reflection of the establishment. We appreciated the kindness for allowing us to be granted these allowances.
