Location, excellent! The hotel and room(s) have a typically French feel, it has delightful feel about it. Our room was compact but it had everything we needed. The bed was so comfy. We had a balcony window which made it was airy. We had air conditioning which worked really well. The breakfast room is lovely and staff were welcoming and happy to please, there was a lot on offer to choose from.
Nothing. Just something to consider for a slight improvement is the lighting and mirror in the bathroom, it was not ideal for shaving or applying make up. Again, it wouldn’t stop me returning.

Location was perfect 5 mins from the Promenade des Anglaise and just behind the Negresco Hotel. Easy to access from the airport by tram. 15 - 20 mins from the old town by an easy walk along the Promenade. 15 minutes easy walk from the station. Very lovely welcoming staff who were always happy to answer questions. Comfortable bed and large shower with good water pressure. Plenty of storage.
Unfortunately due to the nature of the property being a converted residence the rooms have paper thin walls. I was in a room next to a family room and the guests whilst I was there were particularly noisy and late into the night. Being asked by both a staff member and myself for some consideration didn't make much difference. Luck of the draw. I would consider staying again as this was the only downside but would research the location of the room.
We got Estonian-language service in the reception! A real surprise! Generally, it is an old-school hotel, beautiful, in very good location, although a bit tired.
Shower room was very tiny, but still ok, no problem!
