Beds and pillows were very hard, just my personal opinion. Didn’t understand why when staying at a hotel. Parking wasn’t included.

Amazing place to stay if work and fitness are you’re thing, sky sports in the room, sports bar is great, the food looked good although I didn’t participate in that

Staff really helpful when checking in and really friendly.
Everything was good, nice clean room, adjustable aircon and enough coffee for my caffeine fix in the morning.
Nice clean rooms though quite dark not enough light
I asked to play darts only to be told that’s £20??? Since when
The fact that I asked several times about parking and someone took payment although I would assume it was included with the rate then I woke up to a note pushed under my door stating I owed money so I went to reception only to be told I had to pay for parking which I thought had already been sorted then they charged me twice for both cars

Extractor fan in bathroom broken - got a bit steamy !
Room is damp (bedsheet felt 'sticky') and doesn't have a main light (how they expect to illuminate a large area with desk lamps is beyond me).
Ordered starter and main at the bar - they bring both together(?!) I question this and am told "well you should have asked". I point out that its a starter and a main in the menu and the server stomps off!! Starter was average, definitely a bought in sauce. Main was prawns and noodles. Prawns were cold due to sitting on the table while I had my starter. Pak Choi was watery and tasteless. Noodles were greasy.
The point of eating out is it should be better than home cooking - this was not, and for the price very disappointing.
Breakfast the next morning - Sadly the staff seem to think its more important to get the display of tea bags in a line rather than actually put food out for us to eat!
