Area a bit rough and streets where dirty. Not a lot of access to shops for groceries nearby

Pas d accueil, vouz faites tout par vous même. Mes informations de paiement ont ete utilisées pour bloquer le paiement d une autre chambre le matin de notre arrivée. Pas d excuses, pas de justification quand je suis arrivée, personnel absent en cas de questions mais le montant lui a ete bloqué sur ma carte pendant 15 jours...

Sinceramente le camere un po' bruttine, c'era la moquette per terra che mi ha dato un senso di polvere. Il letto molto scomodo in quanto erano due lettini singoli attaccati , il materasso troppo morbido che sembrava un cuscino. Per non parlare del bagno, sembrava quello delle RSA. Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato e per 2/3 giorni va bene ti accontenti, ma se cercate comfort e qualità vi consiglio di spendere qualcosa in più.

De badkamer tegels waren kapot en de afvoer van de douche liep heel langzaam weg.
Blij dat er een douche bak was.

Behang boven het bed liet los aan meerdere kanten

There were some stains on the beds. There was mould in the showers. The faucet was broken on the first night. There was no Internet so we were just throwing a key. My son paid for pizza and the machine broke down. There was no money to refund.

La chambre était petite pour quatre personnes.
Le parking qui est payant.

Pillows were very uncomfortable

Felt 1 person on the desk dealing with a Que of people to outside the front door was far too slow. I waited 1.5 hours in a Que to check in

Leider war unser Bad dreckig, Toilettenbrille nicht fest, gleiches galt dem Handtuchhalter und das Doppelbett hat nur eine große Bettdecke. Das Parken kostet hier 25€ pro Tag, was minimal billiger ist, als wenn man vor den Toren parkt.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Value for Money

The overall experience was extremely disappointing and fell well below expectations for a hotel charging approximately £100 per night.

Serving the same breakfast for four consecutive days is simply unacceptable and reflects a lack of variety, effort, and consideration for guests. While the staff were not openly rude, they were generally unfriendly, lacked warmth, and always seemed to be in a rush, making the overall service feel impersonal and unwelcoming.

The hotel’s location is another significant concern. Situated in the middle of a residential area, the surrounding streets have considerable graffiti, rubbish left outside properties, and an unpleasant atmosphere. More concerningly, homeless individuals and other people approached guests at the hotel’s main entrance to ask for money. The lack of visible security or reassurance for guests is a serious concern and detracts from the feeling of comfort and safety one would reasonably expect from a hotel.

At approximately £100 per night, guests should expect a reasonable standard of breakfast, welcoming service, a comfortable environment, and appropriate attention to security. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet those expectations.

Overall, the hotel represents poor value for money, and the standard of service and facilities does not justify the price charged. I would strongly encourage management to address these shortcomings, particularly the repetitive breakfast, staff hospitality, and security arrangements, to improve the guest experience.
