I would say Concorde stay was really good enjoyed , staff was well behaved and mr Hamid one of the staff of Concorde best people I met from the Egypt. Feel to be home.

Special thanks to Mohamed Hamed, the Front Office Manager, who warmly welcomed us and personally guided us to our room.
Pros:

The property is beautifully maintained, with an excellent beachfront location, well-kept grounds, and a relaxing atmosphere. The service was consistently attentive and professional, and the staff showed genuine care and strong attention to detail throughout my stay. The overall operation felt well organized, and the hospitality made the experience especially memorable.

Cons:

There was nothing significant that negatively affected my stay. As with any property, there may always be small areas for refinement, but overall, the experience was very positive and exceeded my expectations.

Konforlu, güvenli ve çok rahat bir konaklama ile evimizde gibiysik
Pros:

Odaların temizliği iyiydi. Klimalar iyi çalışıyordu. Tesisin iyi yönetildiği çok belliydi. Özellikle Serhat Bey in ilgisi ve çözüm odaklılığı için teşekkürler. Çok memnun kaldık.

Cons:

Beğenmediğim bir yanı olmadı yemek büfesi Türk yemekleri ile biraz daha zenginleştirilse daha iyi olur.

Rahat güvenli ve konforlu konakladık.
Pros:

Tesisin odaları, temizliği ve konforu iyiydi. Serhat Bey ve resepsiyonda Türkçe bilen Hanımefendi ye ilgileri için çok teşekkürler. Çözüm odaklı ve profesyonel personellerdi.

Cons:

Beğenmediğim yanı olmadı fakat Demleme Türk çayı olsa iyi olurdu.

Konumu çok iyi, havaalanı 10 dk. ve Soho Street yürüme mesafesinde. Odaların konumu ve denize bakışı çok iyi. Havuz ve havuz barı çok keyifli. Deniz harika, iskeleden denize girmek zorunluluğu var, sanırım denizin yapısı ile ilgili. Sadece bir şnorkel yardımıyla denizin altını görmek olağanüstü bir deneyim. Odaların günlük temizlenmesi iyiydi.

Cons:

Plajda şemsiyeli şezlong bulmak biraz zor, erken gelmeniz lazım. Yemekler fena değil, bizdeki 4 yıldız ayarında. Tatlılar tatsız. Bazı çalışanların kadın misafirlere bakışları gereksiz uzun ve rahatsız ediciydi.

Vado da 30 anni a Sharm, i punti di forza dell'hotel sono la posizione nel tratto più bello della barriera corallina e la vicinanza a Soho.
Ottimi e spessi ombrelloni non fanno filtrare la luce, cosa rara inquanto altri 5 stelle locali usano ombreggianti fatti con paglia intrecciata che lasciano passare il 20% di luce nei mesi più caldi risulta fastidioso, inoltre la distanza tra ombrelloni è adeguata
Il personale non chiede MAI la mancia.
Ideale per chi fa sport con vari intrattenimenti per i giovani.
Hai gratis 2 palestre, tantissimi tavoli di biliardo, pin pong, biliardini ecc.
Ottima animazione.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo specialmente nel all inclusive,

Personale molto cordiale e molto disponibile avevamo l aereo alle 19.30 abbiamo chiesto visto che dovevamo lasciare camera alle 12 se potevamo restare nel villaggio e si sono messi subito a disposizione lasciandoci anche le card per le il telo mare per farci fare il bagno e ci hanno fatto anche pranzare ottimo davvero grazie infinite

A perfect stay in a beautiful hotel
Pros:

We were very very happy with our stay at Concorde. We received excellent service from all the staff at the hotel. Many thanks for the good service to Karim who made omelettes for us, to the kitchen sous chef Kamal who presented the food and to the skilled staff who served us in the restaurant and various bars. Also a thank you to the front desk and guest relations who also made sure our stay was perfect.
