Cons:

Wish it had an ironing board amd iron. Otherwise it was great. I was very tired sp I basically fell into bed as soon as I got there and woke up in time to check out

Horrendous. Supposed to stay for two nights, only stayed one because that was long enough.

The place is so bad that it feels like stepping into a horror movie. That place shouldn't be on Book

Their rooms were furnished with old, falling-apart furniture. And the mattresses had mold. We left for another hotel. That place shouldn't be listed on Booking.

Felt uncomfortable being in the building. Pictures were deceiving.

Cons:

Floors were damp to walk on, place was dirty with broken mirrors, nobody in the office to check in with when arriving, strange smell.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience during my stay. Around midnight, staff attempted to enter my room unexpectedly, which made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Because of this situation, I did not feel secure staying the night and had to leave and find accommodations elsewhere.I was told that I would be receiving a refund for my stay. Additionally, the front desk staff did not handle the situation in a safe or professional manner. On top of that, the entire property had a strong smell of smoke, which made the environment even more unpleasant. Overall, this experience did not meet basic expectations for safety or comfort.

The property was very clean and in a good area

Cons:

The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, there was a lot of noise in the hallway, very thin walls, also for a place that says no smoking I’m not sure they specified what although the room did smells like cigarettes too, I was not bothered but my mom was as she is an elder woman

Had to find key under plant. Room smelled of smoke, toilet didn’t work, tv was broke, place was a dump (elevators looked like it was out of a horror movie), and no one was there the entire stray to address anything
