Not impressed 😕
Pros:

Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Room is very dated.
Bathroom is extremely small with no exhaust fan. Not even an inch space between the bathroom door when opening and toilet.
Door room jam was broke in half/unusable. No clock in room, no outlet by bed to charge phone.
I got cut and my husband went to the front desk for a bandaid, was told by staff CVS is on 17th street. Can't believe there is not a first aid kit at the front desk. Very expensive hotel but very cheap in supplying guests with anything. Not impressed. Would not recommend.

Pros:

I like that the Grand has food, shopping, bike rentals and everything needed at one place.

Cons:

Couldn't use the lobby doors to the boardwalk since it was being replaced and this year the Grand started charging for parking everyday and this will be a deal breaker for us every year. We always stay every year but we wrote down some others we liked and will have to make a change for next year. If you wanted to charge for parking just add it to the room rates but getting hit with $11 a day surprise isn't good.

We loved taking the ferry over from jersey, and that we could park the car until it was time to go!
Pros:

perfect locale, quiet north end of boardwalk, fun bars, restaurants within walking distance, great price point for rooms

Cons:

Central air conditioner 9not a private unit)was loud, bathrooms are small, when you get out of shower, you are almost in the toilet. The food at the restaurant on 6th floor was not very good, But we found good food nearby after first attempt there!

The view and location were premium.

Cons:

The smell of grease downstairs was terrible and the perfume scent in the lobby was extremely irritating to even minor allergies. Housekeeping cleaned the floors and bathrooms and provided towels but not only did they not change sheets they didn’t even make the bed.

Great location on the boardwalk
Pros:

Location and great view from our room. Spacious room, comfortable beds. Easy beach access and nice pool area. Food options in the hotel were good. Overall a great place to stay!

Cons:

Bathroom small, could use updates.
