Personal muy amable
Pros:

Todo el personal muy amable y dispuestos a solucionar cualquier inconveniente con muy buena actitud. La ubicación es muy buena. Por la tarde tienen un snack ejecutivo muy agradable, con música en vivo unos días.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos, el tanque del sanitario no se llenaba, por lo que no se podía "jalar" al baño. Acudió mantenimiento y lo solucionó a los pocos minutos. Por otra parte, el aire acondicionado hacía un ruido tremendo, lo cual impidió tener un buen descanso.

Pros:

La limpieza de la habitación, el wc o nuevo o en excelente estado, ventanas dobles, orden y limpieza general y los jabones de tocador muy bien, las toallas perfectamente bien si sabían que estaríamos 3 pues 3 toallas pusieron, y la carta de bienvenida personalizada perfectamente bien te hace sentir acogedor

Cons:

El ruido del aire acondicionado, el ruido de las camas al moverse y me quede con la manija del monomando de la regadera en la mano, la habitación podria estar mejor iluminada y al no tener doble persiana o la cierras o la cierras por privacidad y esos oscurece todo

Bueno, pero...
Pros:

La habitación con espacio amplio, que tenía un escritorio de trabajo y una base para laptop, limpieza en todas sus instalaciones, una buena pantalla de tv y la facilidad para el check in y el check out.

Cons:

Que a pesar de pedir consideraciones al realizar la reservación, por tener un problema de rodillas, no las tomaron en cuenta, sino al contrario, nos dieron una habitación en 2ª planta y muy alejada. El minisplit muy ruidoso. En el desayuno, poca variedad de comida, el lugar muy pequeño; creo que los hotcakes salvaron la mañana porque estaban muy ricos.
