Great hotel and great front desk experience!
Pros:

We stay here annually for baseball trip and it is always a great stay. Special shout out to MJ at the front desk who was kind and patient with all the questions and help! Please express our gratitude to a special person working your front desk and representing the hotel!

Disappointing
Pros:

Room and hotel

Cons:

Paid premium for close walk back from concert to find mile plus detour out of the way past much lower priced hotels. Then breakfast buffet pulled at 9:00am and the staff couldn’t care less that 5-10 people were looking to eat at 9:05. They were not sharing any food after 9:00…again the I paid for. Then pushed to the valet and promptly waiting 1 hour for my car…not cool

Best Motel we ever stayed at!
Pros:

It was an easy, awesome stay and everyone was very helpful despite how busy they were for the Eagles concert.

IT was one of the best stays we have ever had and we travel a lot.

Excellent hotel but very very expensive
Pros:

The hotel is fantastic & provides excellent service. Spacious clean rooms & nice bathroom. The M Club offers snacks & drinks if you can get access. The only problem during our stay was that housekeeping entered our room (while we were in there) DESPITE the Do Not Disturb sign on the door??! The hotel is in a decent location near the Vanderbilt University bookstore and close walking distance to campus (Zeppos Tower) and right next to the stadium!

However be prepared for $600-700/night or more prices (!!) + significant room taxes if there is anything whatsoever taking place on campus. Not just the main times you would expect this but even times unrelated to football games or parents weekend.

Excellent Marriott.
Pros:

This hotel checks all the boxes for an excellent experience. The hotel and rooms are spotless and well maintained. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful and the location is perfect to access all of Nashville. A special shoutout to the parking valets. Great service. This will always be our go to hotel when visiting Nashville.
