Staff were very friend, atmosphere was amazing, a gamelan player in the entrance, me and my partner loved it. Will definitely stay here again during our next visit to Jakarta

Everything from arriving and leaving was amazing. I was early checking in and was welcomed to the club lounge and given pool access. It was so accommodating. At the pool the staff were so lovely, from the moment I came in. The piano and traditional music in the reception feels like a dream. The room I stayed (on lower floor) was massive and although the furnishings were older, in perfect condition!
For the full board option, it was only the club lounge not the restaurants and that wasn't clear when booking. But really the club lounge was sufficient anyways. The spa was nice but as with many 5 star hotels overpriced, but still happy I went.
The staff were amazing, so helpful and so friendly. Great breakfast at Asia restaurant. My room was so comfortable.

Kak Rivi & kak Nailla were really kind and friendly. They took initiative to help me while I prepare my company banner before the event starts! They also asked to prepare me and team this healthy breakfast (as I attached here) while I was hectic and not even have a time to think about my breakfast. Their service is not only great, but so lovely and personal 🥰 thank you kaka2, may you both always be blessed and healthy. God bless your sincere heart and excellent service 💙
I joined the Sunday Sunset Yoga session at the poolside for the first time, and I was truly happy with the experience. The instructor, Coach Nico, was incredibly helpful throughout the session. At the end, Bu Sofia also came to make sure everything was safe and comfortable for everyone. It really felt like we were well taken care of, and the whole team was very supportive.
Super stay. I had a fantastic weekend staying in one of the club rooms. They took very good care of me. Special thanks to Royanna, Callula and the complete Club team. Hope to be back soon.
One of the great joys , Rendi and Eko the best in the business of travel is returning to a hotel you love. And the Ritz Carlton Mega Kuningan is such a place.

Security is good. Breakfast was great. Room is clean and well maintained. Staffs are all friendly.
Excellent stay as usual….and the staff all across the board were amazing. Nothing too much for them to do for you. Special commendation to the whole team at the Executive Business Lounge. The manageress Royana led the whole team well. All the other staff were brilliant too ( Utoyo, Deri, Irwan, Wowor, Jeane, Vania, Gio, Nabila, Nesya, Bapake, Herlan, Basyl ).
Well done and look forward to my next stay at Ritz Carlton.
