Cafe da manhã, estacionamento incluso perto dos quartos, academia, silencio na vizinhança, black out nas janelas

Cons:

Do atendimento da mulher na recepção, fiz reserva com quartos duplos, com 2 vamas de casal e a atendente disse que no sisyema dela era apenas 1 cama de casal. Eram 5 quartos para 10 pessoas. Foi mal educada, não resolveu o problema, o gerente foi muito mais simpático e resolveu depois se muito stress desnecessário

Cons:

Fiz a reserva para 5 quartos com 2 camas de casal e a atendente afirmou que só tinha quarto com 1 cama de casal, mostrei a minha reserva e mesmo assim ela falou que no sistema aparecia apenas quarto com 1 cama de casal. Foi mal educada e não quis resolver o problema. Só foi resolvido depois de muito insistir e quem resolveu foi o gerente.

Did not equate to other IGH Holiday Inn properties.
Pros:

The registration staff was very professional and helpful.

Cons:

The accessible room was problematic. The bathroom door needs fixing as it sticks to the floor when open. For an accessible room, the noice from the outer corridor was clearly held. I had to pay an additional $50 to check in early which I've never had to do at other properties.
