穏やかで心地のいい滞在でした＾＾
Pros:

静かなエリアですが、スーパー、カフェ、レストランが近く、とても過ごしやすかったです。
お部屋もきれいで、シャワー等の水場も問題なく快適に過ごせました。
受付の方も丁寧な対応で夜遅いチェックインにもスムーズに対応してくれて、感謝しています！
ぜひまた泊まりたいです！

Cons:

ドライヤーがすぐに切れてしまうので、自分のものを持っていくのがよさそうです！

Excelent location, comfort and cleaning room in a charming neighborhood
Pros:

Location is amazing! Experience Prague like a local and at the same time being close to the main attractions of the city. Charming neighborhood.

Cons:

The room was very warm on the first two nights, of course it was summer, so normal, but it was very difficult to sleep. Maybe some fan would be a good item to have around

Pros:

Прекрасное расположение, очень удобно, отель сам по себе симпатичный и спокойный, номер очень просторный и уютный, так же все было очень чисто. Спасибо девушке Ирине, которая была на рецепшене, она прекрасно нас встретила, была очень доброжелательна и общительна, прекрасно выполняет свою работу. Отель нам понравился, за свою цену хороший выбор.

Pros:

Hotel čistý, personál veľmi milý. Musím vyzdvihnúť POLOHU hotela. Veľmi blízko sú zastávka električky a metro. Do centra mesta sa metrom dostanete snáď za 6 minút.

Pros:

The room was clean and had everything I needed for one night, including a private bathroom. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay.

The location was convenient. It is within walking distance of Prague’s main attractions, and if you prefer public transport, the Old Town is only a couple of metro stops away. At the same time, the area is quieter than the very busy city centre.

A special thank you to Irina at the reception. She was very kind and welcoming. She allowed me to check in one hour earlier, which I really appreciated after my journey. I was also able to leave my backpack at the hotel after check-out and continue exploring Prague without carrying my luggage all day.

The hairdryer in my room switched off after about 30 seconds of use, but after I mentioned it at reception, I was immediately given another one that worked perfectly. You can also borrow a kettle from reception if you need one.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay with friendly service. Thank you, Irina, for your hospitality!

Great location with very helpful staff.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful! I mixed up my dates and arrived 24 hours early, around 8pm after a long, delayed train journey. It was my first time in Czechia and I speak no Czech. With no idea I was a day early and with no other options, staff tried hard to help me out and found me a room consistent with my booking (thank goodness!). Next morning, the receptionist did her best to help me with tips on local places etc.
Location is also very convenient, with easy trams and buses to the river front and city centre. There are nice cafes and bars close by.

Cons:

There was a problem with one of the entrance doors not working properly with the swipe card.
Staff spoke Czech with very limited English as far as I could see. For an English-speaker with no understanding of Czech, it was hard to communicate (but we must remember that this is Czechia, not Britain, Australia or US!).

Good but it used to be better
Pros:

I've stayed here 5 times so far. Position is perfect, facilities around are all you need (24h supermarket next to the hotel, metro/tram station, walking distance to the city center). The check-in can be made online, which is a plus. Late arrival is not a problem, you get your key at the reception after 8PM. There's even a disco/club close by, pretty known in the area and filled to the brim in the weekend, with young people, eager to have a good time.

Cons:

While the presence of a TV in the room is not necessary because the local cable is dubbed anyway (but it would be a plus for those like me, who travel with a laptop), the presence of a mini-fridge, empty, is very necessary during the warm season. The spot for it is present in every room furniture. These mini-fridges consume as much as the lightbulbs in the room, which could be exchanged for LED lights, to compensate the extra power consumption. Even the fans in the bathrooms can be exchanged for better ones, quieter and lower in power consumption and there will be extra electricity consumption.
