Faut boycotter cet hôtel !
Pros:

Déjà en arrivant, ils me donnaient le prix de chambre différent de ce que j'avais eu avec Booking.com., en m'expliquant que c'était en raison du taux de change converti de l'euro en courronnes tchèques, plus faible, etc. J'ai protesté en vain.
Ensuite, le lendemain matin, dans la salle de petit déjeuner une vacarme que faisaient cinquantaine de jeunes personnes (juste comme la veille, je n'ai pas pu dormir jusqu'à 1 ou 2 heures du matin à cause du bruit enfernal aussi bien dans leurs chambres que dans la cage d'esalier) et à moi étonnée la réceptionniste très agrésive m'annonçait qu'il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner pour moi, ce n'est pas inclu (!). J'ai vigoureusement protesté en disant que j'avais payé pour la chambre le petit déjeuner compris. La femme me dit, ce n'est pas vrai, pas le p.déj.inclus, montrez-moi si c'est vraiement écrit, cet hôtel est à la location (!). Dans le site de Booking.com, pas d'hôtels de quatre étoiles sans le petit déjeuner quand même (sans le frigo dans la chambre, aucune de chaîne de la télévision ne marchait à mon grand regret, les images découpées en morceaux, le son également)! Malheureusement j'avais oublié mon portable chez moi à Brno et je n'ai pas pu lui montrer la condition d'hébergements. Dans le passé, on venait à chaque visite à Prague, à cet hôtel Tosca, dans le quartier sympathique et commode pour le déplacement. Plus jamais, jamais ça, après cette expérience très désagréable et désastreuse d'escroquerie!!!!

Cons:

Idem. Cet hôtel Tosca devrait être en fait retiré de votre liste afin que vous ne soyez pas envoyés en justice par des clients en rage de mauvaise expérience similaire!

Pros:

Non abbiamo potuto alloggiare in questa struttura per problemi tecnici improvvisi ma ci hanno dirottato in un’altra struttura 4 stelle allo stesso prezzo. Super organizzati.
Spero di tornare per provare la loro struttura.
